Terrible customer service
I returned a bracelet bought from Idea of Sweden over 3 months ago and i have still not received my money back, and when i tried to contact them, they never answer me. Very poor costumer service.

Customer service never response
Customer service never response , deliver take time, difficult to take contact! Many emails and message sent without any response.
Really bad image even product is really nice.

Screen protector for iPhone 8
Bought a screen protector for my iPhone 8. When mounting the screen protector the edges did not attach to the phone glass, and a ridge appeared around the outer edges of the phone. Customer service says the edges of the phone is rounded, and the screen protector is not. Ideal of Sweden is not interested in sending a new product, although they have sold me a product that is not compatible to my phone, and does not meet the expectations promised on their pages.

The phone case I received
The phone case I received, had a hole in it. I really needed a phone case and could not wait for another 10-12 days for a new case so I kept it. But still, it has a hole in it on the bottom
