I like the designs but the glossy cases…
I like the designs but the glossy cases can be literally sliding and slippery a bit. Delivery can be within a week so its just alright if you aren’t too excited in waiting lol!

Too expensive for low quality products
The quality of the plastic case was not as good as I thought either the colours.
The protection glass for Iphone XR is not big enough.
Price is definitely too high for the products.
Customer service employees were very helpful.

Super happy!
First and foremost I was very happy with the products I bought on this black friday sale. But then yesterday my screen protector just broke, from absolutley nothing. I found it weird and sent a message to Ideal of Sweden through their page, telling them what happend and asking for a new product or my money refunded. They replied the today, super fast- and with the happy message that they'll send me a new one. Great costumer service, beautiful products and fast delivery!
