High quality repair
As far as quality of repair goes, iDropped it was immaculate. I had the charging port repaired on my iPhone 5 and never had another problem with it. iDropped it could benefit from better communication with their clients. I often was promised a call to update me on the progress of my repair, but never received one, and would have to make the call myself. They were also a little spotty with their 'complete-by' dates they gave me. That said, once the phone was repaired, I was extremely satisfied.
