extended repair

pleasant technician, but repair was lengthy as basic parts not available and then fitted parts defective. took 3 attempts to finally have device back to working order.

The same day service is fantastic

The same day service is fantastic. The only problem was that my phone became very unresponsive as if the touch sensors were out of whack. Given the distance I had to walk to get there from work I didn’t take it back and instead opted to buy a new phone as my contract had reached its expiry.

Hi David, thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear there were issues shortly after the repair. We do provide a 12 month warranty to cover these kinds of issues. Sometimes the iPhone 7 Plus will not accept a new screen after a few hours and may need further work. Please feel free to drop it in within the 12 months of repair so we can rectify that for you. We are now located at Level 14, 530 Little Collins St.

Outstanding Service

So nice to receive such outstanding service. Had two phones repaired perfectly in the past week and will be taking my daughters MacBook in tomorrow.

Isabelle was super helpful and took the time to ensure that I ( and the customers in the que before me) we’re happy.
