Few passengers are aware of their consumer rights protected under Regulation (EC) 261/2004 and many lack the will or legal knowledge to go through with a claim. The compensation depends on the length of the flight but also how many hours the flight was delayed and varies between €250-600 per passenger. You are entitled to flight delay compensation in accordance with the regulation when you flew with an EU Airline that took off or landed within the EU. The regulation is also applicable when you flew with a Non-EU Airline that departed from within the EU. The time limit for claims regarding cancelled, delayed or overbooked flights is determined by the national laws of each EU member state and is usually between 3-10 years

Wow They really work for you

Wow They really work for you. On our last trip we missed a connection flight and was delayed on the new flight. The airline said no money for you ifdelayed took them to court and won. Airline still refuses to pay. Then ifdelayed contacted debt collector that collected the money. Now 8 month later a nice sum of money was deposited to our account.

You can trust ifdelayed for your claims.

Thumbs up for Ifdelayed.com!!!

Wow! Ifdelayed.com really delivers! I was skeptical to begin with, but I really got back the promised amount equivalent to the delay I suffered on my last trip. The process was very professional and smooth and I would recommend ifdelayed.com to anyone who was delayed on their flight trips!

Used this service back when it was called TRS Travelright and had a really bad experience. Took them over 6 months to get compensation with extremley poor communication during this time.

I will never use this service again. I also suspect a lot of the positive reviews left by other users are fake.

They kept their word, after i send them all the documents, their processing and constant updates was so nice, it took a little than i expected before they send me the reimburse
