Amazing service and attention to detail.
Our business recently moved to the new site on the 3rd Floor Colmore Gate, Birmingham. Without doubt Emma and Sophie offer the best service of any serviced office i have visited or spoken to in the area. From signing the contract 4 months in advance of moving in, their communication could not have been better. We were kept informed with regular updates and site visits as the refurb progressed. On moving in their preparation was so good that we literally just plugged in our PCs and phones and we were up an running within minutes. I can not recommend the office, the facilities and the team at iHub enough!

Good service, great staff! However the office is a bit too cold, need to sort the air con.

Great environment, and great front of house staff including Joyful Joy and wonderful Wenzel, aka the giggle twins.

IHub Manchester is by far the best working environment I have worked in. The people are friendly and the receptionists, Wenzel and Joy, definitely deserve a 10/10 for their performance.Views from the building are amazing, especially from the window of the 20th floor.

Wensel and Joy are a credit to the company. They are super accommodating to absolutely everybody and provide state of the art hospitality for all in Manchester.

Emma Johnston, based in the Birmingham branch of iHub, is an absolute credit to the business. Having introduced several clients to her, it's readily apparent that she is willing to work tirelessly to facilitate deals that represent great value for all parties. iHub's product will always be attractive to companies looking for premier office space, but it is Emma's attention to detail and proactive nature that enhances the experience from a broker's perspective.

with a variety of open plan offices, iHub offers a great place for staff to relax and recharge throughout the day.

Free use of kitchen and tea/coffee are a lifesaver to many, but the main reason most stay is for Jo.

Always greeting us with a smile and the latest news. A friendly natter while making drinks or a stroll through the corridors with a trolly full of mail in tow. She is defiantly the best part of iHub

Really modern environment with staff who go above and beyond - especially Nic and Wenzel. Communal areas all really bright and comfy and people from other companies actually talk to each other in them which is also a bonus.

iHub Office is a great place to work, all staff are very accommodating and flexible with requests. Very clean working environment and a great social element to the office space as well. The Customer Service Manager Nicole always goes the extra mile to ensure we are looked after.

Everyone is always so helpful, professional and so friendly! Amazing people to be around - lovely seeing all their faces first thing in the morning :)

We held our team brief here, all the arrangement were dealt with efficiently and professionally by Nicole who was very accommodating to our needs.

We hope to hold further meetings for the future.

Having worked in Co-working space for about a month now I have been very impressed.

The facilities are top quality and as other reviews have said it is the staff who make it a brilliant place to work. Emma and her team provide an amazing service and make you feel very welcome.

Great place to work. Emma and her team in Birmingham have created a great atmosphere with nice treats (its the little things like free fruit in the morning, fizz etc). Office is always clean and tidy. Drinks on tap. Would recommend both the accommodation and the support.

Amazing front of house team... They are always smiling, willing to help and most of all always looking to go above and beyond the call of duty. The team are very professional... I am extremely impressed with the way they have welcomed us into the office space and the way we have been dealt with overall... Highly Recommended!

iHub Office is a great envrionment to work in, the common areas are better than the other offices we had previously used,the tenants are great too. There's a real buzz about the place and it has a lovely feel to it. We like the team here, all of whom are extremely helpful. If you're looking for offices in Manchester, iHub Offices, like the building, shouldn't be overlooked.

Didn't realise these review pages existed, very interesting to read through contrasting opinions of ihub Manchester. I've worked here at City Tower on the 13th floor since the end of March 2017, and its been an absolute joy. Certainly the best working environment I have experienced in my career, I've seen a few as well! I'm 52 years old, and got a sneaky feeling I might be one of the oldest on the floor, oh dear!! So at 52, if I needed to grumble, I probably would! But I love working here, the offices are well equipped, the communal areas are well kept and comfortable, great facilities, wonderful coffee, and a well earned drink on a Friday evening courtesy of ihub in the 12th floor bar! It's a pleasure to be part of it all. Also, I must mention the ihub team who greet us each day, Natasha and Lauren are mainly the ones we see and chat to, Nicole occasionally, they are all so very friendly, warm and welcoming. Only a short review, hope it helps the ihub team, well deserved praise!

If you don't like Fish or Curry - What are you waiting for? JOIN NOW!!! Joining I-hub will be like a Child at Disneyland OR like Britney Spears getting a new crop top back in the early 2000's. Other than that:

• Extremely well furnished environment. Always kept spotless by Linzi, who knows how to knock out a “Tropical Water”.
• Smart meeting rooms
• “Handymen” available a few times a month for white board installation & TV Brackets etc.
• All the I-Hub team help with your needs.
• Location is brilliant, 37 yards from a tramp stop & main Bus Station in Manchester
• Here’s the Piece La Resistance – 4 lift Shuttles! That’s right 4! Here’s the kicker, they are fast!

In short, if you really don’t like a Prawn Bhuna, come on in….

Being a small business ourselves, it can feel isolated working in shared office space. However, iHub have really turned the concept of serviced offices around with their super friendly team, fantastic office space with modern facilities, and opportunities to network / socialise with other businesses, and free, good quality coffee on tap :) Through iHub we have also been referred clients. I would definitely recommend iHub!

What a fantastic place to work, all the facilities are spotless, guests are welcomed at reception, excellent amenities, modern state of the art furniture . . . . brilliant

However, what truly makes the difference is the staff who are friendly, caring and feel like an extension to our own business.
