Great company that actually answers the phone although you can normally deal with everything through the App or website. Today i had a hiccup changing my bank details and I spoke to Joel Cross who was extremely helpful, sorted the hiccup for me and importantly kept me thoroughly updated through the process. All dealt with in the one phone call. Joel was very friendly, understanding and helpful. Thank you.
