IKEA FRANCE

IKEA FRANCE - How do you even contact the Customer Service? I am from Canada. I have fraud charges on my credit card with an order from Plaisir, France....but don't speak French and can't contact them via email. According to my card company IKEA says that my card was used with PIN number and items were shipped to my address in Canada - hmmm......I never got the order, never made the order, and would like the information on this order from IKEA. HOW DO I GET THIS RESOLVED?? HOW DO I GET THE INVOICE AND ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ORDER THAT WAS FRAUD>

4 SCHEDULED DELIVERIES, NOTHING RECEIVED

I would give zero stars, but it is not an option.
I ordered an ikea closet online a month ago.
The doors arrived without the rails. I called several times and went to the store. One time I got lucky and the call went through. They scheduled the pick up of the doors and the delivery of new doors + rails. They did the pick up and not the delivery. I called again, same hideous operator. They had forgotten to mention i had already paid for the doors, so they unilaterally cancelled the order without notice. We schedule a new delivery. The delivery got postponed. When the new date arrived, I received nothing - plus no notification of anything. I called AGAIN. Apparently, they are out of stock. For the first time, they offered me a refund: BUT THE CLOSETS ARE ALREADY IN MY WALL. I need the doors. Next possible delivery is in WEEKS. I asked them for a bon de achat (coupon). They gave me nothing. I never received an apology.
It doesn't matter what do I need next, I am never purchasing from them again. No low price point is worth this LOST OF TIME!

Update: I called and rescheduled the delivery again. They did not deliver and failed to let me know. I am calling again their operator right now... the order has been unilaterally canceled (by them) and rescheduled (by me) 5 times. Painful

Never ever have we experienced such…

Never ever have we experienced such poor customer service – it’s surreal.
We ordered a table, a chair and an commode, set to be delivered March 22. We waited until the end of the day, but no delivery. We called customer service, who promised a new delivery on March 27. Again we waited all day, but no delivery. Once again we called customer service, who now promised delivery today April 1. We were supposed to get a notice for time of delivery March 31, but didn’t receive any. So once again we must conclude that there will be no delivery this date, today. And IKEA France have now failed to deliver on 3 occasions, 3 specific dates, causing lost of time and lots of frustrations!!
Is there no managers who can get this done and delivered?!!

Horrible service

Ordered kitchen units online and paid to have them delivered. Was given three different delivery days but they never arrived. Customer services doesn’t answer the phone. The online help chat doesn’t respond. Left messages on Twitter and Instagram. IKEA has taken our money and is not delivering what we paid them for. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

Came on time!

Although I didn’t get my time slot text message until an hour before my item was delivered, it was delivered by two lovely guys that were super helpful, considering it was a large mirror, it arrived in perfect condition, they also offered to carry it inside for me and were really friendly, thanks IKEA

My deliverey is still on its way since…

My deliverey is still on its way since the 2nd February 2021. IKEA have managed to deliver the out of stock items and an infill panel. The main items are just in a contious loop of 'on its way'. Tried contacting you via Facebook and Twitter but just ignored. Just thought I would let you know.

I order a dishwasher and I received a fridge, called the after sales service they talk like it's my faut. Was completely unhappy with their service and try to discuss with them, just got a hung up on my face!

New to France

New to France, new home, IKEA first order experience just happened these days, DISASTER. Then I searched online and found out I am not ONLY one fooled by IKEA.

1st order 740euro by midnight 20 Nov 2020, email received order confirmed. Happily and I went to sleep. Next morning nightmare came, received email order would be refunded and the history of achats is empty. Called custom service, waiting 30 mins of course and then blablabla, "sorry there was nothing we could do".
2nd order, We took their suggestion to replace order again. BANG again...same thing...no history of purchasing, although I did received order confirmation by email. Called again and again, hours and hours to wait and call, "sorry we will refund you and nothing we can do. We didn't receive your order". But they did deduct the money from my bank.
Promised to give us an answer on Monday which is today 23rd Nov, 2020. Nothing happened and advised to replace order again. Since we really need these daily kitchenwave and beddings etc, we took their suggestion and place 3rd order.
3 orders in 1 row, all cancelled all we didn't see in our system. 3 orders, about 2500euros...same items, nothing successful...
They are THIEF. Never experience sth so bad...so much time wasted, so much anger, now they simply hung off my calls after i gave the case number #34354310...

IKEA France...Your service is the worst around all the IKEA from the world...

Click and Collect is a disaster

Click and Collect is a disaster. Hired a car to pick up on my designated day of Saturday, only to receive no message at any point that it was ready, so had to extend car hire. Finally received an email confirmation at noon on Sunday. Went to IKEA and followed the steps on the email confirmation, saying I would receive a text when my order was ready. 1.5 hours passed and nothing. Finally disobeyed the instructions and left my car to talk to a staff member. She said the entire system was broken and they were now doing it car by car, and as I had only just spoken with her I was at the bottom of the queue. Nobody had knocked on my window and told me. Completely wasted afternoon and complete shambles - still sat in my car with no indication of timescale. This is the Manchester store by the way

Ikea delivery is not to be trusted. They say my package has been delivered which is not true. Three calls to Customer service and each time waiting over half a hour, they could not solve the problem or refund my money.Ikea is a thief.

Never order online from Ikea

Ordered 2 large rugs online. Paid for delivery also. got a message saying it would be delivered 27th September between 8-12. Waited in all day, nothing, no message. Took ages to get any way of contacting them. Finally got through to be told the items were not ready. Given another date, text day before stating items to be delivered between 8-12. Nothing again. Phoned 'customer services' asking for a full refund. Not going to happen apparently, have to arrange a new delivery date. NOT ALL HAPPY. never buy from them again.

Poor after sales and missing items

I ordered for the 2nd time items on ikea online.
Order number: 1129435751

An item was missing in the shipment and a cushion I ordered was much smaller in measurements than advertised.

When I called the general telephone number in France 09.69.36.20.06 i had to select from a series of options, non of which suited my complaint, to be told by an automated voice that their computer systems were down and they could not assist me.
Any email contact ikea sends out are from a 'noreply' address so very frustrating

Poor after sales customer service. Poor quality packing control.

A pity as I will not use the service in the future if my issue is not resolved.

Ikea could learn a lot from Amazon who offer excellent after sales service.

I am appalled at the Ikea customer…

I am appalled at the Ikea customer service/ delivery .

Today is the 6th time I have waited for the same online order to no avail. Each time I call the helpline and the average wait time is 35 mins. Only to be put on hold again while the advisor checks with the transportation and this time it took 55 mins and a different advisor eventually comes online and the whole process starts again! I have yet to receive a satisfactory explanation for the non delivery of my order.

Appalling service and after spending 4,000 euro

I have just spent almost 4,000 euro on kitchen and other items at the store in Tours and online. We have received everything and no real problems. I have tried to order some other items online, the website is not functioning properly and would not process my order so I decided to drive the 148km to the store in Tours to arrange for delivery of some items ( Billy glass door cabinets) that I could not get in my car and to collect the rest... I was told that the Billy cabinets were collection in store only.... and that I lived too far away for delivery! I told the server that I had already had 3 deliveries and was told' sorry there is nothing he could do' I held my temper and decided to collect the rest which I had checked on the website and was 'in stock' almost all of the items were not available!
I contacted the aftersales service and all they could say was ' sorry, nothing we can do' I like Ikea and have used them for years but this is the worst experience that I have ever had, I have had deliveries without problems when living in the UK and Portugal but here in France there seems to be a problem. I cannot understand how one of their most popular selling lines like the 'Billy' range is not available for delivery when they delivered 2 table lamps plus light bulbs??
I am so frustrated and annoyed but there is no way to communicate with anyone that can do something or at least offer a reasonable explanation...

I will now seek an alternative solution with another supplier...

IKEA took our money - said we hadn't paid, then refused to deliver our goods

Placed an online order (1111996634) last Wednesday and received confirmation with delivery scheduled for Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon... no sign of our furniture, so we phoned Customer Services (joke of a name, there is no customer service at all!).
We were told Ikea hadn't received our payment due to a technical problem at their end which apparently happens "fairly often". Emailed proof of the money deducted from our bank account immediately - phoned back and we were told the Accounting department would verify it and get back to us on Monday morning.
Monday arrives... no phone call, still no sign of our furniture, yet hundreds of euros have been taken by Ikea from our bank account last week. Today we have spoken to 2 other "customer service" people - both can confirm that the payment has now been received, but STILL refuse to deliver our furniture. We can't speak to the accounting department or to a manager - and not one single Ikea employee seems to want to help nor apologise for all this mess. One employee with a particularly bad attitude told my husband it isn't her problem!!
We have been loyal customers of Ikea for years, but will never use them again and we are now preparing a file to hand over to our lawyer in order to try and get our money back! Outrageously bad customer service and very dishonest. Would give zero stars if we could.
