Mr Ross Allan arrived at our address prompt and explained in great detail what Power of Attorney was and myself and my daughter agreed with his explanation of what myself needed to be done and we were very satisfied with Mr Ross Allan’s service! He was very respectful and made myself and my daughter feel at ease and understand exactly what would take place with regard to my Power of Attorney timetable and what is involved for my will and what we need to do when and where we received paperwork and what would need or expected if us but if we needed any help not to hesitate to contact Mr Allan by email as he was always at out of office!
Mr Allan made us feel at ease and understand the Power of Atorney procedure from start to finish could raj up to 14 month unless there was an emergency due to health issues!

After turning up just under an hour late for our meeting at the Clarkston office , due to traffic on route . We were kindly greeted by Neil and all the staff in the office and told not to worry about it. Neil fully explained all the products, costs , timescales on the day very well and very professionally . Shop around do your homework but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch especially.

We have had a very positive experience this afternoon. Daniela was very patient and answered all of our questions fully, she did not rush us or make us feel pressurised in any way. We would not hesitate to recommend ILAWS Scotland.

There was no problem when they came to the house to draft my will the will arrived back to me after 3 weeks to be checked and signed sent it straight back to I law scotland it been 5 weeks I've not received my will back yet I've called them twice and got the same excuses both times its taken 3 weeks to draft and sign my will but its taken 5 weeks for I law scotland to photo copy it and return it to me I've still not received it

We arranged a visit with a representative from ILAWSSCOTLAND regarding protecting our home for our children.
Neil came to our home to discuss this issue with us. He was extremely knowledgeable, very curtious and knew exactly what we were wanting to do.
He explained to us how the Protective Property Trust works in a way we understood, the cost to do this and the timescales to complete the contract .
It was really straight forward for us but a lot of work for ILAWSSCOTLAND..
There is a cost upfront to have the contract prepared and drawn up but if you way up the potential cost of care that you may need in your future, the cost is worth it...
We would certainly recommend ILAWSScotland for this type of legal work as their knowledge and expertise in this field is excellent, and we were made to feel confident and taken care off...
