We had a zoom call with Daniela to discuss power of attorney and my will. She was very easy to talk to and clarified concerns I had regarding the process. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring these services.

Well what can we say. Had an appointment booked with ILAWS SCOTLAND, with Daniela Jaconelli. We had expressed our interest in Power of Attorney and Wills.
Daniela turned up at the expected time and after introductions she proceeded to explain the aforementioned with expertise and professionalism. It was during this that Protective Property Trust was explained and discussed. Both my wife and I were completely satisfied with the services being offered and without any pressure sales jargon, we opted to proceed with all services offered ensuring that our requirements are being met for our childrens future. We would absolutely recommend both Daniela, and iLaws Scotland to anyone needing arrangements for the services provided.

Legal adviser Ross Allan was really great explaining All to myself and my husband and also giving good advice on legal thinks we did not know of.He explained everything to us very clear professionally I would recommend this firm very Happy and peace of mind with ILawsscotland .

We have just had Ross visit the house to set up Powers of Attorney’s for both of us. Ross was very friendly and polite. He explained everything clearly, i.e costs, timescales and exactly what the POA covers. He was able to answer all our questions. Great experience and I would highly recommend.

Just had Ms Daniela Jaconelli the estate planner visit our house to advise us about making a will? She was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of making a will.
By the time she was leaving we were more than happy with what we had completed and had a better understanding of what was needed to complete our wills securely. The cost was very reasonable and very competitive so win win!

Contacted them with view to write new will and power of attorney,as changes had happened since wrote previous will,Daniela visited us,very proffessional in her manner,,and actually through her,we found out that the previous property trust which we purchased was not actually valid,as they had not submitted to change the title deeds,,,which was angry about,,but wouldnt have known if Daniela had not enquired about this,Happy have things now in place and sorted for when we both pass,to save a lot of grief with the legal jargon for daughter and son.
