I Love Parking STANSTED

I Love Parking STANSTED - absolutely brilliant! I can see in the reviews that some of the locations don't work so well but I have used I Love Parking for several months now on multiple trips and every time has worked quickly and seamlessly! The booking process is simple and Eric and team are friendly and efficient. Departures are incredibly quick and stress-free; the drop-off takes less than 5 minutes. And on arrival, a quick call as we walk out of the luggage hall is enough to have the minibus in Zone C to collect us within a couple of minutes of walking out of the terminal. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Car not cleaned when booking valet parking

I booked valet parking at Gatwick and when I got my car back it hadn't been cleaned. This was the reason I booked the service so most disappointing.
I also couldn't find the ticket straight away on arrival to hand back and the gentleman was refusing to give me my car key which seemed a little far fetched considering I had the booking confirmation on the app and my driving licence. Fortunately I found the ticket!

Was told would be 20mins

Was told would be 20mins. Made us wait with kids nearly 40mins in the cold and when they did drop me back to my car it was still blocked by another car so had to wait a further 15

Refusal of partial refund

I didn’t realise I booked the wrong pickup date until the driver confirmed the day of pick up and I realised it was a week later than we were actually coming back. I emailed to change the date and receive a partial refund as it was an accident and we were told we could receive a refund for half of the price but customer service are refusing even though it was just a mistake meaning we paid for 2 weeks of parking and not one. I emailed to change the date 2 minutes before the booking was meant to start

Amazing service from I love to park…

Amazing service from I love to park meet and greet at Gatwick south airport, Staff were very attentive and we did not wait for more than 1 minute for the car when returning. All clear English speaking operatives and perfect choice. I will definitely use again and recommend.

I love park & ride Stansted

Brilliant service , very professional , very secure . quick on getting me to airport & picking me up once I landed . Definitely recommend . Both trips I had really nice friendly drivers .

I love airport parking @ Gatwick

Used the Gatwick site recently for two week trip. Staff were very attentive and we did not wait for more than 1 minute before being taken to the airport. Yes we had to put our own luggage into the minibus but wouldn't expect it another way. I can't expect their staff to load and unload hundreds of heavy luggage daily, they aren't paid for that. On return we waited 15 minutes for the minibus to arrive, a reasonable time. We were then taken back to the well secured parking lot where my car was waiting for me. Honestly one of the most professional, timely and honest off airport parking I have used to date. Would definitely use them again. Keep up the standards guys.

S****** AIRPORT PARKING

Probably one of the worst parking companies I have ever used for airport parking. Arrived to the car park area which is pretty much a pot hole ridden bit of land. Once you work out where to put your car (sign is just a broken arrow) you then unload your luggage and have to carry it over to where the minibus will come to, physically impossible to drag, as you will pull up half the floor with your case. Once the minibus arrives to the make shift shelter the driver will step out, then stand and watch you load your luggage on. We expected the worse when returning to collect the car a week later, and we wasn't let down. We was collected from departures and taken back to the car park area. By this time it was dark, we pulled into the yard where the driver again opened the boot and watched as we struggled to unload our cases. Once the key was collected, it was pretty much "its over there" *pointing into the darkness* then you will be expected to carry all your cases across the dirt track, pitch black "car park" and find your vehicle. (I'd advise having a torch) . Ofcourse the car was parked underneath a tree so bird droppings were everywhere. The Car park is in darkness so looking for any damage is hard with just a phone torch. I will never be using this airport parking again and I would highly encourage other people not to either.

Collected my car damaged

Collected my car damaged - do not use ! Returned to my car with a cracked windscreen….. the men on site were lovely - reassured me it would all be sorted and all they would need it to come out and take photos then I would need to email customer services. This was all followed they also reassured that photos were taken if my car when I dropped it off.

Customer services say they accept no responsibility, apparently listed in their terms and conditions which I will be taking further as I feel this is very unfair. There was no crack in my windscreen and I returned to a huge crack! Also feel I was fobbed off in store so I left to then be basically ignored by customer services. I will certainly not be using this parking service again and will ensure none of my friends of family do either . I wouldn’t feel safe! What a shame they couldn’t just take responsibility and use their insurance they should well have.

I Love Park and Ride (APH) Stansted

Easy to book, hard to find. Directions poor, went to the wrong car park along with loads of others. Gate shut, no instructions. Eventually opened and a really crammed park with cars everywhere and no one to help. Eventually a man came out. Easy journey to Stansted. On return it was chaos. The failure of the passport system meant everyone was leaving at the same time. Took 13 mins for someone to answer the phone. Told to wait in zone C under the flag. When we got there it was crammed with people waiting for the same minibus. They only had 2 operating and yet the problem had been going on for 2 days. The airport pick up area was stationary ( not the companies fault) so the buses couldn't get in or out. But there was no indication of where to queue, no shade, no water, rude aggressive people pushing in,drivers not knowing who to pick up first, total chaos. After waiting 2 hours we eventually got into a minibus. Never again!! As a 71 year old standing in an aggressive queue with no indication as to what was happening, in full sun for 2 hours was awful. And the car was filthy.Never again

Car parking fine!

Reasonably happy with service / had to wait 30 mins for car at Gatwick but this morning I received a parking fine from Gatwick for the drop off! £100 charge! I’m sure this cannot be correct as I Love Parking drivers brought it there. Does this always happen? Be careful before booking

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY

I have recently used this company to park at Stansted airport. On returning I found that they have scratched my car and are denying it has happened, despite sending me photos which proves my case. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will be taking them to a small claims court to settle.

Booked APH parking (ILOVEPARKING) Stansted - DO NOT USE-DAMAGED CAR AND WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY

Booked APH parking stansted. (ILOVEPARKING)
Left car and Keys for 1 week. Came back to a damaged car with a damaged bumper and instantly notified staff and was told to email customer services.
They have sent me photos from 1hour and 35 minutes after I parked telling me the damage was already there.
They have accused me of making a fraudulent claim.
complete liars and do not accept responsibility.
DO NOT USE OR TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR.
THE SITE IS AWFUL AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING

Lying crooks

I left my car in their “care” whilst away for two days. I am blown away with the lies and replies I’ve had back from these cowboys. I would avoid using them at all costs, this will Now be going via insurance and the police for criminal damage. I gave them the opportunity to rectify this but they instead abused me and called me a liar. Avoid.

I Love the 'Smoothest Part of the Holiday'

With Gatwick now mostly scaffolding (and no staff), Wizz Air leaving us stranded in Cyprus there were a few issues with our week away. Airport Parking wasn't one of them. I Love Airport Parking were excellent in drop off and even more efficient in pick up. I called as we picked up bags and 5-10 mins later they were pulling up as we walked towards the car pick up point. Thanks again for salvaging something from this travel experience.

DAMAGED MY CAR - DO NOT USE

THIS COMPANY DAMAGED MY CAR - DO NOT USE

I picked up my car late last night at approximately 9.30pm. The car park was complete darkness and there is insufficient lighting on site to see any marks on the car.

I had just flown out of the country due to a family emergency, I was very upset, had a long journey and proceeded to drive home without checking my car.

The next morning I see that my front bumper has been completely scuffed. The company failed to inform me of the damage, and are not accepting liability.

These are tough times and so the last thing I wanted to do was leave a bad review, but their lack of accountability and shocking customer care has left me with no choice.

If you are reading this please, just pay the extra £20 and use the official Stansted parking. It will save you so much more in the long run.

My car was damaged at Stansted AVOID!!

My car was damaged at the Stansted, Essex branch and was only offered £20 compensation.
No customer service and very rude.
I have heard from over ten over people that have also had this happen.
AVOID this badly run company!!!

We used ILAP @ Gatwick for our recent…

We used ILAP @ Gatwick for our recent trip to Malta having booked online with little research.
I have to say from drop off to pick up the whole experience was extremely efficient, smooth and trouble-free.
Dropoff was 5am, and when we walked in they were expecting us, and on giving our name, knew what car we had booked in. Drop off at Gatwick was swift, pain-free and right outside the departures terminal.
On returning, and once we wee through customs and baggage, I rang the number, and we were advised to walk through to where we had been dropped off (more or less).
On getting there - some 10 mins (max) later, there was the guty with our car waiting, and within another 2 mins we were on the road homeward bound! Doesn't get much easier than that!
An excellent service, and at a very good price. I will definiteiy use again, and would recommend.
