Don’t bother!

Charged £20 on top just to drop you to the airport

Car park was a state not even level pot holes everywhere

When got collected had to wait 30 minutes and then to collect our car don’t even know where it was parked was blocked in by 3 other cars in front mans just walking around the car park with my key trying to press unlock to find it not polite and knowhere to place your luggage in the transit

Extremely poor and unacceptable service.

I chose this parking based on the advertised 15–25 minute transfer time. In reality, I waited 53 minutes for the shuttle after calling, which is more than double what is promised.

On top of that, they charge an extra £10 for each transfer, which makes this even more frustrating. You pay more, and still receive a worse service.

To make matters even worse, the parking conditions are unacceptable. The site is essentially a farm, and my car was returned in a terrible condition, completely covered in dirt and dust (see photo). This is not what anyone expects when leaving their car in “secure parking”.

There was no communication, no accountability, and the overall experience was stressful and unprofessional.

When you factor in the delays, extra charges, and the condition your car is left in, it is simply not worth it. You are far better off using official airport parking, which is cleaner, more reliable, and better value overall.

I strongly advise anyone to avoid this service.

Horrendous company. At our return my car was damaged (scratched) and the customer service is practically non existent. DO NOT USE!!

Not actually cheap, they don’t tell you till after you book it that the transfer is £10 per person each way even though the car park fee is only £7 and the drop you off in 15 minute walk from the airport I had a hotel. So it actually doesn’t work up to be any cheaper you might as well just go with the standard APH.

The car pocket itself is just tarmac with 20,000 potholes and full of mud. Late to pick us up

Worst company ever, charged extra £20 for drop off and pick up which is for going on the ramp outside the airport, BUT was dropped off outside a nearby hotel!! Questiond the guy back at the car parking who said it was for dropping off at the hotel....lies, lies, lies.
Why are they being advertised still with such poor reviews???? The one thing I really can't stand is being mugged off, I will therfore give 5 stars for that, oh, and the driver thought he was on a race track, it was dark, wet and driving was inappropriate for the conditions, did he actually have a driving licence????

Disgusting car park, muddy and not secure. Gates open 24/7. Drivers drive like loonatics!! And it’s not legitimate.

Police often there because of the chaos it creates.
Vehicles damaged and/or used whilst you believe it to be safe.

Yes it is correct that there is an enforcement on this “company” despite what they say. They have been operating illegally since spring last year, with no permission from the council. They were also hooked up to water via affinity water illegally and have since been cut off! You can find all details on this via Uttlesford planning website re the enforcement notice which was given late 2025.

Pay legitimately to park at the airport, where you’ll come back to your car in one piece!

Absolutely terrible, they charged me to drop to the airport and no way of walking there. The “car park” is just a muddy field and I got absolutely covered in mud. When I returned my car had dents and scratches which they will not take responsibility for! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Unbelievable !
my car was used to pick up and drop passengers.
This incurred a £60 fine from Radison Blu .
This is the place where pick up and drop off happens . That’s how I know .
We were abroad when this fine was issued for my car .
I would like to know how often my car was used to transfer passengers instead of being safe in the parking which I had paid for .

This parking lot is terrible, there is no asphalt, we arrived in a clean car and left in a completely dirty one. They also charged us extra for the transfer from the airport and back. We waited about an hour for them to pick us up, when we landed, so we called them right away, but I didn’t hear anything. Their connection is terrible. Nothing happened on WhatsApp, they responded after 30 minutes. In the end, we left the airport at 5:05 PM and got to the car around 7:00 PM. We still have about 2 hours to get home. This parking lot is not worth the money. You will be nervous. It’s a couple of pounds more expensive. You can find a parking lot closer with good service. I will never park here again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could put 0 that would be too good. The place is like a mud patch, photos of tarmac are fake. Staff are rude, Waited 30 mins for my car as it had been boxed in. Since found out that this is an illegal car park and they have no insurance, licenses and they probably don't pay tax.

Our experience with this parking and transfer service was wholly unsatisfactory and demonstrated a consistent lack of professionalism, organisation, and basic operational standards.

The condition of the premises is unacceptable. The surface area is wet, muddy, and stony, making it extremely difficult to manoeuvre luggage. There are multiple potholes throughout the site, and the overall appearance resembles wasteland rather than a legitimate, regulated business facility, giving the impression of an informal or potentially unlawful parking operation.

No assistance was offered with luggage at any stage. We were transported to the Radisson Blu Hotel adjacent to the airport and instructed to return to the same location upon our arrival back in the UK. Despite the company being fully aware of our landing time, no representative was present to meet us.
We were left waiting in freezing conditions, and it required two telephone calls and a delay of approximately 45 minutes before collection was arranged.

The standard of transport and driver conduct was unacceptable. The drive to the airport was carried out without due care and attention, including harsh braking, failure to give way appropriately, and not allowing sufficient space to other road users, creating unnecessary risk and serious concerns regarding passenger and public safety. On our return journey, the driver’s conduct was unprofessional and overtly rude.

The vehicle provided raises serious safety and compliance concerns. A large minibus was deployed to collect only two passengers. Upon arrival, the engine cut out when the driver stopped. The vehicle displayed multiple defects, including:
▪︎ A missing driver-side door mirror
▪︎ Absence of a tachograph (tacho card), which is a legal requirement
▪︎ A knocking rear shock absorber on the passenger side
These defects raise significant concerns regarding vehicle roadworthiness, legal compliance, and passenger safety.

Customer service standards were equally poor. The individual handling telephone communications demonstrated minimal concern, urgency, or accountability regarding the delayed collection and inconvenience caused.

In summary, this service reflects poor management, inadequate safety standards, and a lack of basic professionalism. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking secure parking, reliable transport, or a professionally operated airport transfer service.

Illegal car park, DO NOT USE

If I could give 0 that would be it . This is not a parking facility but an illegal loop hole . It’s on muddy waste ground and has not been sanctioned to be a car park . Do not leave your car there as it’s disgusting and not safe . Cars have been vandalised or hit by other cars trying to get out .

Absolutely awful service, charge you £10 each person to drop you off which is a 5 min journey and don’t even pick you up from the airport so leave you there stranded for an hour but keep telling you 5 minutes they’ll arrive. Rude on the phone and equally as rude and unhelpful in person. Place is absolute filth and will leave your car covered in mud. Wouldn’t recommend.

Worst experience ever police were on site when we returned. So muddy people couldn’t get cars out was carnage Turns out the car park is illegal and the council in process of shutting down . Don’t risk getting car removed if this happens , steer clear pardon the pun !!!

Every person was charged £10 each way, for a family of 3 this puts an extra £60 on top of your car parking charge that was expensive enough

DO NOT USE, Dark, muddy, felt very unsafe/ distinctly dodgy, Hidden extra charges for pick up and drop off which aren't apparent when you book but then are hidden in small print of the confirmation email- when you book you think that you are getting a good deal but these extra charges actually mean that this car park then costs more than one of the decent car parks nearer Stansted.

I wish I’d read these reviews first - car was filthy with muddy footprints in the back of the car. All cables out as had been charging phones. I’ve asked for a refund but there’s no hope. Avoid at all costs - tbh I was just relieved to get my car back tbh

They lost my car keys, then found them so I had to do a 3 hr round trip to collect the car that they had lost the keys for for 3 whole days
