I have used Imafs for two times in a row. First when I bought my property and second while I had to remortgage. Rorie at imafs was very helpful in closing my remortgage request. It is very rare that I leave a review but I wanted to show my appreciation for Rorie and the team. There really is no benefit in doing anything other than using this broker service, they take the stress out of moving home in a huge way. Yes you have to pay a fee but in my opinion that is more than reasonable for the service they do and could end up saving you a lot more on good rates. Rorie has been simply amazing - he has never pushed, always led from the front and his efforts and enthusiasm are incredible, it is no wonder he is doing so well as he is available at all times and goes the extra mile every time. He makes everything seem easy and there is not a single bit of stress in the transaction because of him, I can not thank you enough Rorie. Thanks for everything you do, I will be a lifelong customer.
