Fabulous customer service!

I got the wrong parcel and when I contacted IMAN products with the supporting evidence, they resolved the matter very quickly.
Not only did they send me the correct item, they also refunded the delivery charge as a gesture of good will, which was very nice!

I will definitely be ordering again.

Really like thier Black seed Oil however, I ordered 6 x but on my second order I only received one bottle, I contacted Imran Oils but no response, I would have been fine with it if they responded but the lack of communication is frustrating

I ordered 2 lots of separate orders. The first one has not been received and the second lot has an item missing. Number does not work to contact them.. really dont need the stress and dont have the time to chase after companies that take your money and dont give what you've paid for. I really would have come back every month to purchase same order but dont think I will

The worse of all, I ordered this product on next day delivery. It’s been 5 days and no call or delivery. It seems like a scam website that needs to be reported. Tried to contact them and they want my Apple ID and password. Unable to contact them on all social media. I needed the black seed oil urgently and used the next day option. Been waiting for day now and nothing has been delivered.

Haven’t received my item supposed to come a week ago

I ordered x2 bottles of the 60 black seed capsules and only received x1. I’ve sent messages/email and have called. Had no reply either by email and the phone number supplied doesn’t even work!

I haven't received my order. Emails are bouncing back and phone number isn't working. Really disappointed at the service and lack of customer care.

No feedback of when I will receive product and no reply very poor service

I've used a product from the past and they're being of high-quality and calibre very very impressed especially they're black seed oil very authentic.

I ordered and paid for 4 item in total and received 2 instead tried several times to contact the company through their contact page on the website but have not heard anything back from them
I am very disappointed and dissatisfied customer.
This is what was ordered
One 180 black seed oil capsules £13.95
Three pack of 60 black seed oil capsules £19.95 but only received one 60 out of the pack of three.
I paid more for the 3-Pack and wanted the company to send me remaining 2 pack or my money refunded but nothing.
