Firstly I paid for next day uk delivery and my order didn’t arrive. I sent out a email and the person was nice and refunded my delivery fee however he said my parcel will arrive next day it didn’t. Still waiting on my parcel. I ordered on 30th November and it is the 6th December. Royal Mail strike are starting on the 9th December so the parcel did have time to arrive. Also when I track my parcel on Royal Mail website the tracking number doesn’t exist.

No reply from Iman products many days after filling in their contact us form. However, the quality and effectiveness of the product remains to be seen.

Having had Yemeni Sidr before, this product was highly disappointing.

Perhaps this product was too good to be true for the price. I'd highly recommend looking at alternative options.

I heard about the benefits of black seed oil from a friend and they informed me of iman black seed oil. I ordered 3 bottles at a reasonable price. From the first day I took it I felt a calming and good feeling in my stomach and head. It definitely is amazing stuff from iman products and will definitely be taking their black seed oil on a regular basis.

Order number 2205, Ordered next day delivery and paid extra for it. It arrived 3 days later. Other than that there are no issues with the product itself. Thanks

Although there was no issue with the delivery there is an ongoing issue with no customer service point. The phone line is dead and there are no responses to emails. I'm yet to use the product but hope that the quality is the same as it has been in the past. Please fix the customer service issue as this is a negative that may prevent future business.

I still haven't received the blackseed oild i ordered lastweek.

Arrived on time but wrong product sent so tired emailing and ringing but email returned and phone number disconnected very disappointed now paid for something I don’t want.
