Pleased with order

Ggood service
Purchased several lights required for a bathroom refurbishment. The lights arrived promptly and well packaged. On fitting one of the lights had a diffuser which had a faulty thread, therefore the diffuser would always detach from the body. I phoned customer service and spoke to a polite advisor who sorted out a replacement within days. Overall i'd say I'm satisfied with the service I personally received.

Received my order very quickly. Unfortuantely one of the glass lights had smashed during transit but was replaced extremely quickly. The price of my lights was far better than anywhere else I found online. Thanks

Recommendable service
Competitive prices, very good customer, delivery and return service. The wall lamp I ordered was well made. Unfortunately, I returned it as I didn't like the effect of the opalescent glass and polished chrome in our family room. I will buy from this shop again!
