First time ordering from this company and I will be ordering again. Dispatch was very quick and fragrances come in glass bottles.

Still not received. Wondering if it's a scam!

Terrible service, ordered and never received a dispatch email, item never arrived. Emailed the company and never received a response. Had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back. Would never buy from here again.

Update: that is the email I contacted, and this is the correct company. You have had a PayPal case open as I received a refund.

Update 2: I'm confused by your response. I ordered something, it was never shipped, and I didn't hear anything from the company even after reaching out to customer service twice. I had to go through the hassle of opening a PayPal dispute and waiting a long time for a refund. It might have been a small order, but it feels like they completely forgot about it. If this happens to many people who don't think to open a dispute, the company is making a lot of money unfairly. This is poor service and deserves a bad review to warn others.

I ordered a perfume sample from this company, and the sample I received smelled like alcohol, was different from the Baccarat Rouge I've used before, and had poor longevity on the skin. When I reached out to the company, they insisted it was an original product, provided batch numbers, and claimed they had never received any complaints like mine. They refused a refund, suggesting I return the item at my expense.

Feeling frustrated, I left a one-star review. Days later, the seller contacted me, alleging that I regularly engage in such behavior and threatened further action unless I deleted my negative review. This is untrue; it was my first time having such an issue. Unfortunately, the fragrance is no longer available from the website I previously used and was really happy with.

I deleted my initial review and reported the situation to Trustpilot. I remain dissatisfied with both the product quality and the company's handling of my concerns.

Brilliant service! Great way of trying out a fragrance before you buy the full size. Helps to prevent expensive mistakes :) very quick delivery and also received a free sample. I’ll definitely use Imperial Fragrances again.

I made my first purchase from this company and what a great experience it was! I bought a full retail bottle of Unique’e Luxury’s Istanbul, communication was great and delivery was unbelievable, order was placed late Sunday and it was delivered Monday morning at no extra charge, in fact delivery was free! It doesn’t get any better than that! The fragrance was well packed and 100% authentic, I can’t wait to purchase from these guys again. A well deserved 5 stars. I highly recommend 👍

Fast and efficient service

Beautiful fragrance but one spray and the perfume cascaded down the sides of the bottle leaving a tiny amount. I have contacted this company and their response was unacceptable as they think I have made it up. My life is too busy to tell stories but £30 is £30 at the end of the day and one spray for that amount makes it the most expensive perfume ever.

Terrible customer service! Sent 3 e-mails, I didn't get any answer.
It was said that i get tracking number for the shipment, but i didn't get it. Asked about it, didn't get any answer.
I got an e-mail that I get refund for a part of my order, on my question why, didn't get any answer.

I just hope i receive my order, but this will be my last order via this site unless they improve their customer service. It's really a shame!

Edit: we solved it via chat, i am glad that they response via chat so i will edit my first review and give them 5 stars because of their effort to solve the problem.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. I ordered Tuxedo, Layton, Eden roc and angels share 2ml samples. All legit. All came within 24 hours of being posted. I could've got them cheaper on Facebook fragrance groups but the fact they offer klarna made it more tempting.

For reference, I own over 50 full bottles and have been collecting for a long time. One thing I did want to say, the tux clone from Maison Alhambra is 95% as close to tuxedo by ysl but tuxedo has this special, deep, expensive smelling patchouli note that the copy doesn't have.

Anyway 5/5, all legit, quick delivery.
