Ordered some samples 2 weeks ago. Says delivery is 2-3 working days and still not received it. Emailed them and no reply. EDIT: finally replied and said items have been lost in the post and issued a refund. Then sent me an email threatening to cancel my refund if i didn’t remove my negative review from here. Absolutely do not buy from here, scammers!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my item (I don’t think I ever will). No replies from their emails trying to chase up order, an all round very poor experience. Get your aftershaves elsewhere!

Thank you for answering my questions so quickly. The perfumes were lovely and were delivered quickly.

Received 4 out of 5 samples I ordered. Was promised that the 5th would be delivered the following month. Never happened, tried to email to enquire and/or ask for refund several times, emails bounce back, no communication. Avoid.

Update on 13/04/2024 - In fairness...I finally received the original sample I ordered and a few extras I guess as an apology so I let you make up your mind...

I have reveived 2 out of 3 samples I ordered. Tried sending an email to get a refund but emails just bounce back. So I will not receive a refund... oh well.. I will avoid in the future.

First time using this site as they had the best price on a Nishane perfume I’d had my eye on for a while. I paid for Royal Mail postage and the item came the next day, can’t ask for more than that. Item was well packaged and they even threw in a free sample which no doubt I’ll end up liking. I will definitely be sure to check imperial fragrances first when buying niche fragrances in the future.

Absolutely shocking service.
Unfortunately I made 2 separate orders. I got 1 sample of Maison Mattaha which was never sent out and they’re trying to tell me that it was lost in transit and they can’t send me new one because they’re sold out. I know it was not sent out because there is no tracking details. Second order I ordered 8 samples and only received 7 plus on sample was meant to be 2ml but I received only 1ml. Don’t bother with this company, it the biggest scam and waste of money. They think people will not notice their f*** ups.
Wish I ordered though PayPal like others so I could get refund

I received my refund only after negative review. I would have changed my review but the customer service is absolutely disgusting, never in my life I experienced that kind of replies.
‘’You received a refund for the missing samples so what is the problem? You asked for a refund and received the refund.

Please think twice before trying to ruin a company reputation over an issue they have rectified for you. Oh and if we was a ‘scam’ company we wouldn’t have refunded you. ‘’

I love this company!! If you love luxury niche fragrances this is the place to go! This will have been my third order from Imperial Fragrance would not go anywhere else. Emailed for some advice on fragrances usual the customer service is outstanding. Advised a few options got the samples which I love this option! Picked my favourite ordered it and due to Black Friday got a saving! Do not hesitate to order from here the customer service, products and the delivery time would be difficult to find anywhere else! Should be 10 stars!
