They will look after you
We had an issue with our installation and we were getting worried but Impra Charge handled it very well with good communicating throughout and helped resolve it in a timely manner. They were flexible and the electrician was really nice, he did the installation just like we wanted it and we are very happy with it. It's nice that you can communicate with the company over WhatsApp and they are very responsive, we would usually get a reply the same day, usually within an hour if you call their office directly. Thank you!

Incredible service - they saved the day when I needed a charger ASAP!
I was in a tight spot and needed an EV charger installed very quickly. I contacted a few companies, but the response here was on another level. I sent an email on a Saturday, fully expecting to wait until Monday, but project manager Matt got back to me right away to help.
They understood the urgency and managed to schedule the installation much faster than I expected. The installers were professional and efficient, and the whole process was seamless.
I got my charger installed less than a week. Highly recommended!

Excellent Experience!
All communications with Impra Charge have been replied to promptly and the installation was done very efficiently and with no fuss or mess.
Matt took the time to explain a few things to me as this is the first electric car I have had.

Just had my Tesla wall charger fitted…
Just had my Tesla wall charger fitted today, the whole experience from start to finish was great, quick responses whenever i had questions and the installer was polite and done a great job. Only small issue was i had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment to get the charger fitted, but i guess they’re just busy. I’m happy i now have it fitted though.

Very happy and pleased with services provided.
I am very happy with the services provided and professional installation. I was recommended by a work colleague who also used Impra Charge. I admit it was a bit of a minefield as with not having an EV before.
But Impra did make it very easy and found me a suitable charger complete with installation. Very pleased and will recommend.

Wouldn't bother if you want to deal…
Wouldn't bother if you want to deal with human beings, seem to only function online. Phoned three times, cut off first time, phoned again and asked for someone to call me, never did. Phoned again and was assured they'd call me, never did. Gave up. Won't re-engage.
