In a word...excellent!! From first contact with Matt it was such a slick process, sorting install grant, contact with DNO through to booking install date & job completed. Joe installed, very nice guy, really neat & tidy professional installation & setup the Hypervolt on the app.

Great experience
I had an excellent experience with Impra Charge from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward and communication throughout was spot on. The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and once everything was set up, using both the charger and the app was incredibly easy. Everything worked seamlessly and exactly as promised, couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

Had my EV charger installed by Impra Charge and the service was spot on. Matt did the install, I asked for a clean fit and it honestly couldn’t have been any cleaner. No visible cables at all, just a super tidy, professional job.
He turned up on time, explained everything clearly, and left everything neat and working perfectly. No hassle, no mess. Would definitely recommend Impra Charge if you want it done properly.

Impra Charge provided exceptional service from the initial quotation to the installation. I requested a quote for the supply and installation of a Tesla Wall Connector, and their price was very competitive. The installation appointment was organized smoothly and completed quickly after my acceptance. On the installation day, the technician was polite and courteous, and everything was installed to a high standard.
I would definitely recommend them.

Guy that came round did a great job. He was punctual and the EV charger was fitted in under 2 hours. He explained everything really well and answered all my questions. Happy with the whole process.
