Excellent service and great photos. Very pleasant to deal with. Eager but not pushy. Love how they are geared up to modern house hunters, online promotion very on point. The day of attending an estate agent's office really is old fashioned and Indlu understand how current day house hunters operate. Reasonable fees too. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the second property that I passed to Indlu for letting arrangements. Indlu proved itself to be efficient and effective in its services. I was well informed throughout. Great job!

I have found all of the staff at INDLU to be exceptionally helpful. Not only have they resolved any issues that I have had with tenants, but they have pre-empted problems and dealt with them in a courteous and professional manner. I selected their services ahead of larger more established brands, and not only am I delighted with my decision but I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords.

Fantastic service from Indlu - nothing was ever too much for them and they was more helpful than any agent I’ve used previous! Donna was fantastic and so efficient. James and Simon was also very helpful with our sale and purchase. Would highly recommend and will 100% use them again in the future.

We first engaged Simon at Indlu last year when we started to think about selling our home, however at the time we decided not to proceed due to personal reasons. Simon applied NO pressure(unlike most other agents we met) once ready he was our first call !! Within days he had provided all paperwork and taken photos. We discussed dan open house and decided this was the best option for us (we have 2 year old twins so keeping things constantly tidy was not an option)

From the open day we had 2 offers. The team were knowledgeable friendly and provide a much needed breath of fresh air to what has become a pushy, sale laden dog eat dog industry

We have been very happy with the service from Indlu and we would highly recommend them. We found Simon and his team to be trustworthy, dependable and hard working. We followed Simon's advice throughout the process and have managed to sell our house for the price we hoped for and buy a fantastic dream home. Their prices are very competitive without compromising on quality or service.

Very efficient, updated us very quickly and made the process very easy.

Pictures of our house were taken on a Saturday morning and were up on the site the next day. They organised all the viewings to be on the same day which was easier for us and a week later (Saturday) the house was sold.

We had a very poor experience when dealing with Indlu. We viewed a house with them and fell in love with it, the estate agent (James) told us what the offer would need to be to secure the property. We put the offer in immediately and was told the house was now ours, that no more viewings would go ahead and we could start the ball rolling. After receiving this confirmation I got in touch with my solicitor to start the paperwork. A few days passed and I did think it was odd we had not heard anything so rang the office on numerous occasions speaking to a lady called Donna. She assured me all was fine, we asked for a second viewing to measure up the house as was excited to start planning - this was denied with no alternative.
It was at this point something began to not feel right... Over a week of chasing to be told further viewings had gone ahead and the buyer had chosen to go with a first time buyer with no chain.

The reason I have taken the time to write a review is not because of loosing the house - it was the way the two agents we spoke to dealt with us. We had further viewings on other houses lined up we cancelled as was assured our offer accepted, it was not being told the truth.

The only reason I am giving two stars is due to how Simon Hardingham​ dealt with the complaint once escalated as he seemed very shocked to hear what had happened and genuinely seemed sympathetic to our situation.

Personally I would avoid using Indlu again due to this experience but maybe I was just unlucky!

Indlu were recommended to us by a friend and rightly so. The team all worked hard to market and sell our property efficiently. We had viewings the following day after our advert going live and we had offers straightaway after Indlu had conducted the viewings at our property. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate to sell any future properties with them again in the future.

From the very first contact you get a first class service from Indlu, they do everything they say on the web site and more. Simon, James and Donna have all been brilliant and kept me informed every step of the way and guided me through the sales process and answered all my questions. It's rare these days to have a company so professional and all for an excellent price, they also sold my house in 3 days.
