We have just bought our new home through the Guys at Indlu in Denton and have to say they were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Donna was an absolute star right up to the day we moved in.

Excellent service. House sold within a week of the board going up. I was very apprehensive but the estate agent gave good, honest advice re the market. All staff have been excellent in their communication with us and have kept us fully informed. Very professional I would recommend the company to anyone.

I sold my property with Indlu and am so pleased I did. From the 1st point of contact they are extremely efficient, professional and provide a flawless service. My house was sold within 2 weeks of it going up for sale and I was extremely happy with the sale amount they achieved for me. I would strongly recommend them to any buyer or seller. Every member of staff at Indlu that I dealt with was extremely friendly and efficient. I never struggled to get in touch with anyone and always had responses quickly. My house was on the market within 24 hours of them coming to value it and they were open and honest with everything along the way, didn’t feel at all like they were being your standard pushy salesman which is why I chose to sell my property with Indlu.

James at Indlu has been excellent at handling our offer. The offer was dealt with really quickly, avoiding us waiting around for a decision. We have been updated promptly and honestly at every stage. Would definitely recommend them - they are very efficient and on the ball. Also, it is evident that the staff are experienced and use their common sense rather than reading off a script (which you don’t seem to get with every estate agent). Really happy we chose indlu

Indlu were the only estate agents to give us a proper estate agent service when viewing a house. Compared with Hills Resudential, we were actually shown around by an experienced and professional estate agent, not just a young person texting on a phone hosting a group viewing. Indlu’s estate agent James personally showed us around the house, not as a group booking and was extremely knowledgeable about the property, again something missing when viewing other houses.
Dealing with them during the negotiation of sale was excellent and clear and you could tel the agent was trying to help us and the vendor, acting as a good communicator. Very impressed with the service. After viewing over 20 houses and having very negative experiences, it was very refreshing going through Indlu.
