Infinite Renewable Energy Systems Ltd came to the assistance of Safe World Insurance who were trying to correct mistakes in the Installation of my Air to Water Heat Pump, it was a disaster. It was clear from the start that they knew nothing about the subject so subcontracted everything to a subcontractor..
When the work was finished I had no hot water for the radiators, for several weeks my only heating was a fan heater. They investigated and found the problem was a blockage in the pipework, they blamed me for not heating ALL rooms in my home, it was in fact they that when completing the work they simply filled the system up with water and some antifreeze started the pump and went away. They should have flushed the system with a cleaning solution, drained that away then filled it with water and the correct amount of antifreeze, all confirmed by the flushing/antifreeze manufacturer.
Maybe they are good on solar panels but Heat Pumps avoid them.

Would highly recommend Stewart and his team at Infinite Renewables. They came out in the pouring rain and hail and fitted our panels in double quick time just before Easter. They even came back on the Bank Holidays to connect the electrics to the battery.
Carefully explained how everything worked and the best way to save money with our new system. We are already seeing a difference. Thank you.

We had an amazing experience with Infinite Renewable's. Unfortunately we had cowboys fit the system at first who were recommended by the council. Infinite renewables stepped in after the system went wrong and the company had gone bankrupt. They helped us with a claim with our credit card company and were patient with us until the claim went through.

I would highly recommend Stewart Dickson who helped with the engagement. The installation team were efficient and very courteous. The retrofit went extremely smoothly and we are now producing about 3 times the amount of electric than before the system broke.

On19 January 2022 I placed an order for a solar panel system with Tanrec trading as First4Solar for completion 6 weeks later. Well, at long last, 23 months to the day the order was placed my system is fully functional AND my paperwork has been completed.

First4Solar procrastinated with the managing director and many of the staff lying time after time coming up with 24 different excuses as to why the system had not been installed. Eventually their unqualified electricians turned up in December 2022 but they left me with a botched non operational system and incomplete documentation. Eventually my patience was exhausted and I had to make a claim under the HIES insurance. Then the company went into liquidation in May 2023.

Cathryn Wolfenden of HIES appointed Stewart Dickson of Infinite Renewable Energy Systems Ltd, with the task of completing the work and finalising the G99 and DNO certifications. I am pleased to report that all is now complete. After nearly two years of worry and frustration Infinite Renewable Energy Systems Ltd sorted out all my problems – my system is now working perfectly and, with the documentation complete, I can sell my surplus electricity to Octopus.

I am most grateful to both Cathryn and Stewart who were very supportive at a time when I most needed help and reassurance.

Excellent service from start to finish. Infinite Renewables picked up our business after stepping in when the firm we had originally chosen went into administration. After the awful way we were treated by the other company, we didn't have any trust in the industry.

The company picked up on another that went into administration. Hence, I was very pensive about how it would all work out. As it happened all was smooth and efficient, even when some installation issues came to light regarding vendor parts. The system now exceeds my expectations!

Infinite carried out an overhaul of my roof. The whole experience was great - really professional people and an excellent job done for a sensible price.

Thanks very much to Infinite Energy for a quality job. Excellent work by Electrician Arron Daly who laboured all day with hardly a break to achieve a neat installation of battery, inverter, fuse box, solar generation meter and 4 isolator switches. He hefted very heavy battery and inverter into place after politely negotiating where they could be fitted. Took away all waste for sorting and recycling back at base. The panel installers were also polite and completed their task in strong winds just before the heavy rain came down. In addition they installed two panels higher up the roof than on the plan to capture more light. I had paid a 25% deposit to Avanti Energy who went into administration a month later. Safe World Insurance sorted everything for me for which I am grateful.

Team were arranged by my company to install Evec car charger. From initial contact through to completion, the entire transaction from my point has been very easy and outstanding customer service!

First contact and survey, providing product data to help me understand my options, arranging the appointment and install had been great communication.

Lee the engineer who completed the work was brilliant. Took time to explain what needed done and how long it would take, was able to place the charger in the exact spot I wanted, extremely tidy inside and outside. Professional and friendly throughout. I work from home and was on meetings most of the day but didn't cause any inconvenience to that as disruption was minimal.

Couldn't be happier with our Solar Panels and batteries! Infinite Renewables were fantastic throughout the process. Their communication was excellent and all the the workmen were very friendly and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Even at the start of November we are now buying barely any electricity from the Grid at all!

HIES put me on to Infinite Renewables due to the failure of another supplier. This has turned out extremely well for me. As well as saving my deposit, I had the benefit of an installation carried out by an extremely competent company.
All staff were, unfailingly professional, polite and diligent.
I have no hesitation in recommending them for solar projects.

They completed the job exactly as planned, and their professionalism and expertise were truly commendable. I highly recommend them for any renewable energy projects.

We had been let down by a company called Daylight Energy which went into liquidation taking our deposit with it. However HIES had backed this company and arranged for Infinite Renewables to complete the work for us at the same price, absorbing the cost of the deposit so that we would not be out of pocket.

We were, understandably, a little concerned as at that stage we had no information about them, however we had prompt replies from our queries, and the team employed by them arrived on time as arranged. They were neat and tidy and completed the work in a professional manner.

The system is working well and it seems that virtually all of the electricity that we consumed during September has been solar generated. The only issue was a bit of a delay in getting necessary documentation which we needed to arrange a new tariff with our electricity supplier, but I understand that this was out of their control.

Really competent crew finished quickly leaving no mess.
The west facing panels continue working until sunset!

Install was done very well , all the chaps on site were very professional
