For our restaurant the epos systems have been fantastic. Even calling late on Friday night when busy as we made a mistake everything was fixed in less than 5 minutes. Used to use epos now who are useless so I am so happy that my business is perfectly taken care of.

Although I thought the service was not working I did receive an update on my order from a very polite person who sorted out my problem very quickly. So just message them and they do get back to you as soon as they are able. I would say good company to deal with

Placed order over 2 weeks ago for 3-5 day delivery. Have tried contacting several times with no answer on all the phones (goes to voicemail) sent emails, tried using live chat but now that doesn’t seem to work. Claiming back from bank

When I was in the market for an EPos system 3 years ago the Infinity Systems solution ticked all the boxes. High quality hardware, ease of use, and the back office software portal has proven to be worth the money. Over the last 3 years I have also come to appreciate the customer service. With Infinity it still means what it says on the box. I have no reservation in recommending Infinity. Thank you for a job very well done.

After reading several other positive reviews, we decided to give Infinity EPOS a try and quickly understood why they have such a good reputation (also confirmed after speaking to other businesses in the Cardiff area).

Our business is a small chain of pubs across the UK and we were looking for a good EPOS system that could keep up with our demanding environment as well as managing head office on the cloud.

The systems have served us extremely well since the rollout and any adjustments or issues we've had have been solved quicker than I've ever experienced. The product and service are absolutely top class.

Highly Recommended - Best EPOS Available

I would like to say a big thank you to Rob and his team, we have been with them for over a year now and their Service & Support is still brilliant. Before committing to Infinity EPOS we considered a number of other systems but none came anywhere near the quality of this product. At the time £200 extra for the Customer Display panel appeared a bit pricey, but the upselling that has occurred because of it has more than covered the cost. We're an artisan coffee shop in Cardiff and bought an EPOS till from here 3 months ago. Honestly I couldn't be happier. The chip n pin machine went down once during a busy service and literally within about 2 minutes of calling up it was all fixed! Magic!!! Everything else 110% great.

I can not rate Infinity EPOS highly enough. They are an absolute fantastic and professional company to work with, who really do care about putting their customers first and offering an amazing service.
We worked together at the Retail Business Technology Expo, and it was a true success.

After having three months of issues with our epos system and horrendous after sales with another company, I was given Infinity number and from the moment I contacted them, they were brilliant, it was nice to speak to someone who knew what they were talking about! They managed to fix the problem in no time at all!! I can not recommend them enough!!

We've recently taken over a business with a complex layout and structure, requiring staff to be in many different areas of the store when serving customers, this often resulted in the till system being 'locked' to one member of staff. The new system installed by Infinity has already removed this. We have now got two labeling scales that help us with pricing products, hotkeys for items that do not (currently) have bar codes, and easily navigable menus to find anything else.
The installation wasn't easy, and any 'teething problems' were more a result of my doing than the system itself...to make things easier for yourself at install I totally suggest that you double check all prices and make sure new product lines are emailed through to David and the team before they arrive to install...I learned the hard way for our new stock lines :-/ Saying that adding new lines and changing prices is straightforward but just takes time when you have 1000s to do :-(
Looking forward to getting stuck into the 'back office'/cloud based bits to really push the system on.

So after having a whole world of problems with an earlier till system we wanted to change as soon as possible!
So we had a week to put our menu on and install before a half term, not only did they manage this but with extremely few problems. And the small problems there were, was felt with swiftly and with minimal problems.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience and will be using the firm again.

We really can't fault Infinity. We took an Infinity EPOS system on Hire purchase, which helped cash flow during our crucial first year. The system has been simple and logical to use, has given us unrivalled insight into our sales patterns and top/slow sellers. Together with that the service has been brilliant, with any problems dealt with quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend to any business, in particular a new business, and happy to provide a demo to any prospective Infinity customer.

I searched 10 different companies before I found Infinity. They have been amazing, I would recommend them to anybody considering purchasing a POS. I also discovered the industry appears to be full of cowboys who make wild promises and have no reference sites. As soon as I found Infinity I knew straight away they were the real deal........they have reference sites/ Happy customers on the web site..........Amazing company. Emily is lovely, Rob has been great........But Mathew in support has been my hero..............THE REAL DEAL!!!!!!
