A trustworthy company with great support!

Infomaniak (hosted in Switzerland) provides great service based on open standards (which means that it's easy for other programs that I use to connect to them). They also have a very competent and friendly support who reaches out to people proactively, when needed.

I am happy with the way my problem was solved. Apart from this issue with my credit card, I never had any other problem with my Infomaniak account. The team is doing a good job and I like the ethic behind it.

I recently made my ''opensource'' revolution. In the beginning, let's be honest, it's a nightmare. A lot of changes to deal with, different processes, a different language... I am an entrepreneur, not a geek, but I hold on and learn, and I do appreciate the journey more and more.
With partners such as Infomaniak, I am delighted. A lot of efforts are made to ''seem'' like private systems for lay people like me and smoothen the culture shock! ;) The support is excellent and, not the least in terms of culture shift, I am happy to pay for my freedom and peace of mind.

Coming to infomaniak was a very good idea. Great support with real people willing to solve your issues and not let you on the side of the road.

We're using infomaniak for their ticketing solution for an event we are holding. We had a few technical problems that were quickly diagnosed by the infomaniak specialist we got on the phone. They were very clear in their explanation.

My only complaint is the wait time for getting someone on the phone. This could be due to them understaffing their English speaking specialists since their company is based in Switzerland.

On Sunday April 14th, I asked their support about an unknown payment with my credit card.
I have no premium support account.
They answered the same day asking me screenshots about the transaction.
3 days later they sent me all the details about the payment which allowed me to solve the problem.
Very good experience.

I wanted to migrate domain and mailhosting to Infomaniak, but got stuck on how to do it. I have contacted the support by contact form and got a very helpful answer within 1 business day. With the help of the linked information/FAQ page, I was able to migrate domain and mailhosting smoothly to Infomaniak. They're very good and professional, I recommend them without any hesitation.
