Top service and easy understand from start to finish

I've just taken out GAP Insurance with Ingeni Services and am extremely pleased with the excellent service provided by Ashraf Miah. I'd already exchanged emails with him and spoken with him and we finalised all policy details by phone. Ash was professional, efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. He is a credit to Ingeni Services.

I dealt with Ashlea at Ingeni. She was very proactive in her communication and clearly outlined the claim process and what was expected of me in order to progress with the claim. All in all a very refreshingly pleasant experience and I’m very appreciative of how it has been handled.

Purchased a number of policies from Ingeni Services when we purchased our new car. To be honest for us insurance is for ‘just in case’, but when a random couple of scratches appeared on the car, we were so pleased we had purchased a policy to cover this event. Excellent service - Alloy Wheel insurance. Very helpful advice from Clair throughout. Very quick referral to the repair technician. After the angst caused as a result of kerbing my alloy, the team and Clair in particular were superb.

I had a really positive experience with Ingeni. From start to finish, the process was handled quickly and efficiently, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

A special thank you to Oscar Fletcher, who was incredibly helpful throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making sure I fully understood each step of the process.

Overall, excellent service and great communication — I would definitely recommend Ingeni to anyone considering their services.

The claim process was fairly straightforward and staff I dealt with have been friendly and helpful. Slightly disappointing that after claim is approved, it can take up to 30 working days for payment.

Ingeni have been excellent in dealing with my claim. The lady on the phone was very professional and helpful. The forms were relatively easy to complete and the reply and booking systems were excellent.

Just made a claim on my tyre. The process was prompt and had no issues in getting it approved. The customer care team was helpful and prompt. Clair from the team was very helpful.
