Perfect no problems whatsoever

In post service very poor compared to other services. No option to control delivery options. Was stuck with locker service remaining full and returned to sender. No option to divert to an address.

I made an error when I thought I needed to place a label on my returns parcel and closed the door.
When I later tried to scan my QR code I couldn't get access .
I phoned the help line and the lady was fantastic. Reset the locker so I could access it to return my parcel.
Very efficient and helpful service.

Easy as long as your phone has a charge! Mine died in the walk from the car to the locker- but that’s my fault😂
