Extremely helpful!!! Jonah answered immediately, and was able to get me a replacement for a damaged item. I haven’t had that great of service in awhile!

Jonah’s customer service was amazing. A part of my order was faulty and Jonah really helped me out to resolve the issues and I am very satisfied with my experience. Additionally, the hoodie and sweatpants are great!

Everything from browsing to placing the order to opening the package was a great experience! I love that IPWT is constantly coming out with new designs and the shirt I ordered was true to size with impeccable material :) the shipping did take more time than expected but justifiable since I live on the whole other side of the globe haha

I was so sad when the print on my hoodie arrived damaged but Hani in customer support was soooo helpful and understanding! It was very easy to get things resolved and fixed in a timely manner!

I had an issue with a product I ordered and Hani helped me sort everything out and provided me with a replacement. Hani was very supportive and lovely personality from what I could tell and handled my query very well. Sometimes if I reached out to companies in regard to a product I haven’t gotten a reply or not grey service, but this experience has been really positive. The customer service was of an amazing standard.

Very very poor company to deal with, no communication to resolve issues

Item came within about a week, lovely selection of colours to choose from, just wish I had stuck with my gut & chosen a size L as the M fits more like a S to me. Shoutout Jonah who was v helpful & communicative by email. 4/5 purely bc the top fits smaller than I hoped.

After struggles with slow delivery and no updates Jonah was brilliant at helping understand my frustration and provide a fix! Amazing customer service and five stars for him!

It's been 19 days and my order still hasn't arrived. This is unacceptable.

I had a great experience with their customer support. I ordered the wrong size and emailed them to change it. Jonah from inprintwetrust helped immediately to change that and updated me on my order.

The staff are incredibly quick to respond to emails and incredibly sweet and efficient in their work. I was helped by Jonah who within a few hours emailed me back and sorted out issues with my order. Thank you so much again your help has been amazing!
