My package had some issues during the delivery process but Jonah was very helpful to get it delivered for me and explained everything very well.

It’s been over a month and I still don’t have my package. It’s been showing it’s in the same spot for over a month in transit and every time I try to reach out, they gave me the same automatic response.

I had an issue with receiving the wrong order and was honestly pretty upset at first. Jonah responded to my email, and from the very beginning he was, understanding and reassuring. He immediately let me know that everything would be taken care of, which really put my mind at ease. Not only was the customer service excellent, but the replacement was processed incredibly fast.

The t shirts are such good quality, and true to size. Also, the designs are printed on so there is no risk of them coming off in the wash. Plus there are so many different colours and designs to choose from. I will be making another purchase!

Great experience with In Print We Trust’s customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size in the baby tee and sent an email to ask if it could possibly be corrected. A very helpful team member named Jonah fixed the order for me and also kept in touch through emails to keep me well informed on my order. Great brand and great customer service!

First time ordering from this store and I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size - I realised this as soon as the order comfirmation came through and emailed the support straight away. It was a custom t so thought they weren't able to help but Jonah emailed back within hours and switched the size for me! I've genuinely never experienced such awesome customer serivice before. Way to go!!

The communication makes you feel like you are part of there team which I value there products are also very high quality and comfortable

I experienced some difficulties with the automated response system in regards to an issue but I was delighted to receive help from Jonah who cleared up with situation instantly and was overall a lovely person to chat to when getting help! Thankyou, Jonah!

Lots of design options on the website.4 stars are simply because after ordering the colour of the custom tee i had ordered was out of stock.However Hani was super helpful and communicated with me via email for the whole process while awaiting the restock.

had a mishap with the shipping address and that got sorted right away! spoke to Hani from customer service and they were absolutely lovely and so helpful, they sent out a replacement item as well! i am really appreciative of how wonderful the staff are, and impressed how quickly my issue was resolved! thanks :)

Customer service was fast and direct with replies. I worked with Hani who was quick to replace my lost package.

I was initially disappointed that my order was delayed because it hadn’t been packed and posted as stated.
However I am giving a 5 star rating for the exemplary member of staff called Jonah , who promptly and efficiently helped me ,understanding my problem and dealing with it immediately with superb customer service service skills

Very good quality and the shipement was not too long. I was able to track it at anytime and the support team is very available.

There was a little problem with my order- I got the wrong shirt. However after contacting Hani about the issue she quickly sorted it all out without any unnecessary questions. She immediately offered a free replacement that also took just a few days to arrive;)

The delivery took a lot longer than expected, but I have to say the customer service assistant Hani was very helpful and did everything possible to speed up the process. The T shirts are really nice so I will order again just much further in advance!

The products are in a really good condition and the shipping is fast.
One time I had a few problems but I reached out to them and Hami replied right away, to help by solving my problem.
She replied very fast and was always friendly and very helpful.
