I am terrible with flat pack, but this is the best I've bought by a long way. Had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery but the team were really helpful and were very responsive, and the quality of the CLEO wardrobe is absolutely brilliant. I will buy again no doubt.

I bought 2 Cleo wardrobes, so pleased with them! Lovely quality. The 2 lads that delivered and assembled them were very polite, spot on fitting.

I had a problem with the sliding doors on my wardrobe which was installed in feb . Having contacted Instrument I received an immediate response. And sent someone to repair within a few days . What a fantastic company .!!

We recently purchased a wardrobe from instrument: Cleo 180cm in white Matt. The community, assembly service, was fist class and the wardrobe is sturdy with plenty of storage space and looks brilliant in our granddaughter’s bedroom.

Great company. Items were confirmed for delivery and fitting within 7 days of ordering. The fitting service was excellent and the fitters were top quality workmen. I am pleased with the overall quality and aesthetic of the wardrobes and they look far more expensive then they were.
Unfortunately one of the handles was faulty but Instrument has emailed straight away to confirm a new one is being sent out.

Great company but I would recommend you get a phone number to make contacting you that little easier!

Really happy with the wardrobe we've just had installed, seems really high quality and the installers did a good job.

We pushed the delivery back a couple of times as well with little fuss from Instrument which was very helpful.

Only criticisms we would have is that we expected a business hours delivery and install, but the team turned up about 7:30pm and by the time we got the booking notification on Friday we were basically told it's too late to rearrange now as it was booked in for Monday, so it interfered with our plans for the evening.

Also, during the installation one of the installers drilled a hole into our newly decorated wall, possibly because they were still installing by 9pm, but just offered a half hearted "sorry, it happens", so we're now going to have to pay to fix this.

Just had our wardrobes fitted and I’m absolutely delighted with them, 2 very good installers, very professional, polite and very friendly, left the bedroom very clean and took all packaging away, wardrobes fitted are solidly built and extremely good quality for the price we paid. Would recommend this company to anyone and certainly would use them again. I can’t emphasise enough how delighted we are. Thank you so much.

We have used Instrument Furniture twice now because we were so impressed the first time round. Communication after ordering is great, the fitters are helpful and courteous and the wardrobe is great. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Really pleased with the wardrobes we purchased although my back is regrettably suffering from the self assembly ( I am getting on a bit). I would highly recommend this company for a quality wardrobe and I would also recommend taking advantage of the assembly service.

I recently purchased a new wardrobe from here and I am so pleased with the quality of wardrobe and the service provided by the two delivery men. I am 6 months pregnant and asked the two gentlemen if they wouldn't mind carrying it upstairs for me, as there was no way I could do it. They did so without any complaints. The extra service they provided was above and beyond and I would recommend this company to anyone!

I was badly let down by another company who sat on my money for three months and completely failed to process or deliver my order. I then carefully researched sliding wardrobe products and furniture companies which led me to Instrument Furniture. I bought a Cleo 3, 2.5m mirrored wardrobe in Shetland Oak (good value and comparable to the Weiman product which I had ordered previously, but much lower price ). All communication with Instrument has been faultless and immediate. I was able to view the product online with a live demonstration and have all my questions answered in real time. The wardrobe was delivered and assembled on the nominated day, on time, quickly and efficiently by two young chaps who were friendly, helpful and professional. They did a great job and the wardrobe looks perfect. I am very happy and pleased I found Instrument because they made it easy to decide and buy, ultimately providing an outstanding consumer experience. Well done to all the staff at Instrument because this is how buying online from a retail company should be. Highly recommend!

Excellent company to deal with and amazing quality wardrobe! I purchased the Cleo1 (250cm) wardrobe and I'm not disappointed in the slightest. The wardrobe looks a lot more expensive than the cost and the build quality is excellent. I paid the extra for installation and the guys who delivered and installed we're very, very good. Professional and polite from start to finish. Even when i had fudged my measurements for the wardrobe positioning (i forgot to factor in a radiator!) they found a way around the issue and did it with patience and professionalism. Now my dressing room looks amazing, thank you both so much. Great experience from start to finish will definitely use again and recommend.

By far one of the most efficient and professional companies I have ever used.
From placing my order to having it delivered and assembled, every step has been seamless. Fantastic customer service and they even took the rubbish away! Usually if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, but not here, they really are the best! And the furniture is excellent quality too! A very happy customer indeed 😊

Sometimes you take a good service for granted, however we had a really bad experience before buying and assembling wardrobe, that makes us understand how great they are, in every aspect! They are so professional!

Outstanding service from start to finish. This is the way business should be done.
I ordered a stock wardrobe and sideboard and paid for assembly. They kept in touch often by email.
When the wardrobe arrived the helpful guys remarked that there wouldn't be much room to open the doors. I had not measured correctly before ordering. No problem said the guys, we just change it for one with sliding doors.
And so they did. Just 10 days later two more helpful lads turned up to assemble. And they did it with such professionalism. They were courteous, pleasant, helpful and super efficient.
The wardrobe itself is of exceptional quality.
I cannot fault this Company. They are second to none and I highly recommend them
