I would love to give this company a 5* review but with such poor customer service 2* is generous. As with everything at the moment my order took significantly longer than was estimated. This is fine but Instrument furniture never gave any updates and I was always chasing to see what was happening.
The company who fitted the wardrobes can only ever visit on a Sunday. When my wardrobes were finally fitted one had a stain internally and the second one arrived with external damage, no drawer handles and the drawers did not align. Trying to rectify this has been a nightmare with very poor communication. I have been offered £100 partial refund for wardrobes that cost in excess of £3000. This is insulting. I have since emailed asking for the wardrobes to be replaced in full but the slow pace of customer service is making this process so much more frustrating. I have tried asking for contact details of the company director via the online chat but was advised to send a further email! I hope posting this review might result in my situation being rectified as soon as possible.

Since writing the above review I have increased this to a 3* review. Instrument have now remained in contact with me and I have been provided with a £200 partial refund. This is in part for accepting to keep the stained panel to one wardrobe. The second wardrobe had a panel and the drawers changed. Unfortunately I still require a further visit to change another panel to this wardrobe. Please be aware that damaged and incomplete wardrobes will not be replaced in full but just damaged aspects changed. Please also note that any problems with the furniture is directly managed by the fitting company and overseas manufacturer and not Instrument. I believe it would be better if issues were managed by the company ordering on the customers behalf as the customer is left not knowing what is happening.
I can only give this furniture 3* as too many parts of it have had issues and needed to be replaced. Perhaps I had too high expectations for the price paid (over £3000 for two wardrobes)?

I would definitely recommend this company to everybody. They are very professional and efficient to what they do. They dealt with every query i had in the most efficient way. Extremely pleased with there customer services. I purchased a wardrobe set. Looks amazing. Wardrobe is strong and durable. Really easy to put together with the help of the manual. The 2 delivery guys were polite and helpful too. Thankyou instrument my bedroom is fully complete now.

I bought a sliding door wardrobe with mirror doors. I'm very pleased with the quality of the finished product- the big mirrors are very good quality with no ripple or distortion. It took a long time to build, it suggested 3 hours but it took me 6 (and I've built lots of furniture!) But it was worth it! Lovely piece of furniture at a great price.

Excellent service from start to finish. Really pleased with the quality of furniture and the price. We opted for assembly by Instrument, the two men who came were friendly and polite. Had an issue with a wardrobe door catching slightly at the top, Instrument arranged for a face time call with a technician who advised us how to adjust the hinges, sorted in 2 minutes.

I was genuinely hesitant ordering a wardrobe I had not seen in the flesh through an online company I had never heard of before; I need not have worried. The service was impecable and the company very quick indeed to respond fully to my numerous e mails and changing dates as I awaited fo my new build home to be released. When finally able to take delivery the company was efficient in making the arrangements, on time delivering and the guys assembling it very pleasant, efficient and left no mess. The wardrobe proved really good value and met all my needs as I had hoped it would.
I would have no hesitation on recommending this company to any prospective buyer.

I was searching for a wardrobe on the internet and came across Instrument Furniture. I found exactly what I wanted at a price I was pleasantly surprised about. Because of the positive reviews, I decided to place my order. They delivered as promised, on the date they promised. The 2 fella’s who delivered it couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. I really am pleased with my purchase and I personally can’t fault Instrument Furniture. I will use them again

Brilliant company. My original choice would have taken too long so I was sent a link showing in stock alternatives. After only a two week wait my wardrobe was fitted today by two very professional men and I am thrilled with it. It’s absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. Thank you everyone at Instrument.

Instrument Furniture were fantastic through out the whole process from ordering to installation. The staff and fitters are so helpful i highly reccomend them. I am delighted with my bedroom furniture and would definatley use them again. 10 out of 10

Ordered a wardrobe 3/4 months in advance for our new build property, with a do not delivery before date of our expected completion date. Instrument agreed and sat on the order for the 4 months to then right up until the do not delivery before hand date and try to delivery it 2 days before, we still did not have our keys so we had to decline. We’ve now been waiting almost 2 weeks since this for the delivery and customer services keep fobbing us off stating that the “planning team” will be in contact but we still do not know when our wardrobe is being delivered. All round poor service, all our other deliveries from other companies kept to the do not deliver before date and have gone smoothly whilst instrument are just incredibly frustrating and are not even trying to rectify the situation.
EDIT: We were eventually called by Director of company, who accepted there had been errors and could feel our frustrations, however delivery was with a separate supplier so he could not rush delivery date. We have now since had the wardrobe delivered and it was put up very quickly, it looks great! Wardrobe is more than 3 star, however the service that we received has brought this score down. We were also offered a motion sensor LED light as compensation for the poor service we received, so the company at least recognised mistakes were made and tried to rectify them.

I have ordered 2 wardrobes and also paid for assembly. The wardrobes are very good quality and the assembly guys are very nice, highly recommended!

Not sure if most of these reviews are fake because I'm having the worst time with their product and customer service.
All of it is cheap and parts came chipped and cracked. The instructions were abysmal and I am no newbie to building flat pack furniture. Honestly didn't feel the quality was worth the grief the build was creating (wrong parts, things clearly not lining up no matter how many times it had been redone) so I contacted customer service. They came back to me with a list of excuses and poor comprimises:
1.) "You must be building it wrong there are no mistakes in our factory" how can you make that guarantee?
2.) "A technician can contact you via a video call and help you" Yeah OK, I'm sure that won't be an aggravating waste of time and energy.
3.) "You assembled it so you won't be able to return it" I only found all these issues during assembly. Pretty convenient for them, right?

I am still in the process of trying to find a suitable compromise with this company - but honestly stay away. It isn't worth the price tag as it is.

*update*
Upon further building of the wardrobe and bedside tables more mistakes were found- not enough hardware for the second bedside table. Not enough hardware to put the shelving up.
The sides of the wardrobe were clearly the wrong peices as all shelving was half an inch off and did not match the photos shown in the instructions. Technician said my phone number didn't work.
We still have not come to any compromise even though I have proof of all these claims and I have had to just get a builder friend of mine to come over to finish installing everything. STAY AWAY, have never dealt with such a nightmare company.

Ordered and within 2 weeks I had my wardrobe and bedside cabinets delivered and fitted, by two very professional, polite , efficient, and courteous guys from Lithuania. I was kept informed every step of the way. Very pleased with the product, good quality. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Looking for bedroom furniture ( wardrobes) looked online at all of the usual protagonists then fell upon a little gem by the name of Instrument. Visually their catalogue seemed to ooze quality so we decided to dive in. How pleased we are that we did. The customer service from ordering to delivery and assembly was faultless and the quality of the purchase lived up to the visual impression online. We would be more than happy to buy again from Instrument and have no hesitation in recommending them as a company to look at if your after top quality bedroom furniture.

Had the pleasure in having my wardrobes fitted. Took the professional fitters option to which I strongly advise anybody who purchases to take. Great couple of guys, respectful friendly and so fast in completion. And tidy at the end. My wardrobes are fantastic made to a very good standard. I would recommend to anybody. Customer response promp and very helpful.

Amazing products, good communication regarding delivery. Arrived on correct day and within the 4 hour time slot. We paid for the wardrobe to be assembled and well worth the money. The guys were very very professional and did it in no time. Highly recommend and would definitely use again

I must say worth every penny including the building service !! They turned up late but polite and hardworking and the guarantee is 2 years if they build it. Best wardrobes I’ve had thank you !!!
