we see in the tracking that your lenses was delivered May 6, 2025.
So USPS used 1 month to deliver the package, this is something that we have no influence on. Normally the packages to US is delivered within 7-15 days.

The package was returned to us by USPS because they could not deliver the package. A note was left in the mailbox that the package could be picked up in the local Post Office, but obviously you did not see this note. Anyway, we have resent the package to you.

I can add that the delivery time to the US is normally 7-15 days, but lately we have seen that USPS sometimes takes longer time to deliver the packages, which was the case for you. This is unfortunately beyond our control.

Didn't receive my order and no one from customer service is responding to me. Very disappointed.
Edit: In response to the reply from Interlenses, I've sent several messages through your website and at least two emails regarding my order that went unanswered. One of those emails was finally replied to. Maybe that part of your site isn't working.

we can only find an email from you from March 13, and we responded to you the same day.
We have sent another email to you today. After 30 days we can make a reclamation to the Portuguese Public Mail (CTT), which we have done today. CTT will contact USPS.
According to international agreements, USPS has 30 days to reply. When we have a reply, we will contact you again.
If we are informed that the package is lost, we can issue a refund to you or send a new package.
We are truly sorry for the delay of your lenses. Sometimes a package stays for a prolonged time in the US Customs, and sometimes a package stays for a prolonged time in one of USPS locations. As you hopefully understand this is outside of our control.
I can inform that we sent a package to another client February 9th, and he informed us that he received the package Friday March 14th. So as you understand occasionally the packages takes a long time to arrive.
Let's hope the package is not lost, and that you receive your lenses soon.
another great experience with interlenses
This is my second order with Interlenses and it will not be my last. They not only had my preferred brand of contacts in stock but also at a reasonable price. I received my order in under 21 days.

This awful company took a month over the promised shipping date to provide my package tracking information and had to be disputed by Paypal to even do that. Would never recommend anyone purchase through this company.

You made the order December 18, and we shipped the package December 23. We also sent a shipping email to you that day with tracking information.
We can see in USPS tracking that the package was delivered February 27. The typical delivery time used to be 7-15 days. We can see in the tracking that the package was 10 days in the US Customs before it was handed over to USPS. Lately we have unfortunately seen that USPS delivery times are very long. As you hopefully understand this is outside of our control.
We hope everything was OK with the delivery.

Good price although takes a while to get the contact lenses
Shipping takes a while (about 3-4 weeks), but it's very cheap (cheaper than any US site) and I got good quality contacts. They have a wide range of contact lenses available.
EDIT: they are correct that shipping takes a week or two — I meant the total time to get the contacts including manufacturing takes 3-4 weeks

Horrible Company
I never received my contacts it's going on 3 months now. I send emails inquiring about order and I'm told different things each time. I even asked about getting my order back and they never respond with a answer. I ordered my contacts months before my wedding and here it is 2 weeks before my big day and no contacts. Highly disappointed and I do not recommend this company.They will rip you off

Regarding your review, we find it to be very unfair.
You made your order September 20, and we informed in the product page and in the order confirmation that the estimated date the product will leave our warehouse was 18 October 2024 - 28 October 2024 (because the order was for custom made contact lenses).
We shipped your order early, October 11, and you received a shipping email with tracking number the same day.
You sent several emails, and we replied with the information we can see in USPS tracking. As there had been no movements in USPS tracking since October 24, we refunded your payment.
The way we see this is that we have provided a very good customer service, but as you may understand we have no influence on USPS delivery service. No one is "ripping you off" as you say, neither us nor USPS.

The customer service was outstanding; Sonia, the representative I spoke with, was incredibly helpful and addressed my concerns without delay. I truly appreciate the exceptional service she provided. I’m giving this company a solid 5-star rating for how they managed my situation, even though it wasn’t their fault. From now on, Interlenses will be my go to for contact lenses.
