I’ve sent two parcels to Australia from…

I’ve sent two parcels to Australia from S Wales recently and both got there in a week. I was pleasantly surprised as Royal Mail often seems to lose my parcels for weeks though I’ve not actually lost one forever… yet. I used Evri because the post office person suggested it, had I read the reviews I might not have, however, my parcels did not contain high value items so worth the risk. I’ll no doubt use them again because I’ve had two successful experiences. Just thought I’d offer a good review as it was good for me.

Evri and sports direct have a major…

Evri and sports direct have a major tarrif and taxes scam ongoing now for your customer convenience. I bought 4 Everlast shorts for 61 bucks plus 12.99 tax & shipping. only to be notified by Evri that they have received my order and are waiting for me to pay 50 bucks more on taxes & tarrifs. SCAM and those Everlast shorts were discontinued a decade ago. So sports direct is selling knock offs! along with screwing customers for tarrifs and more taxes. oh and I will received my shirts by October LMAO!

Today is Tuesday

Today is Tuesday, ~1520. The last update they provided was 0319 Saturday - 3 1/2 days ago. It's impossible to talk to a human on their phone lines. This wouldn't be a problem, except... THEY DON'T DELIVER!

They don't turn up when booked

They don't turn up when booked, today a man came for a collection they had failed to collect twice so I rebooked with Royal Mail who collected yesterday. Evri arrived with no booking today, 8:15am, walked past the external post point, came through two gates, around the back of my house, then walked into my house, into my conservatory!!!! It's literal trespass. My dogs were going mental, I was in bed, went to see why the dogs were going crazy and there's a man entering my home. Saying he has come to collect a parcel he should've got yesterday. It was never booked for yesterday, the two failed ones were last week. I have a front door he could've knocked on, going through two gates and opening a door into someones home, sending dogs crazy, the guy is unfit to work. I'm furious. I have had multiple issues with evri Carlisle but this is the worst yet. I'm no longer ordering from Next so I don't have to deal with home invasion.

Parcel sent to Spain mistakenly return to UK. No apologies or explanation

I sent a small parcel to Spain last 31st May (21 days ago).
I have tracked the parcel online to found out that the parcel not only has not arrived at the destination (having given the right address, where people permanently live there), but also it has been sent back to the UK.
I tried to contact Evri but their customer service is nonexistent. I requested a call back through their chatbot and I only got an email saying "once they come to me, I will advise further".

Appalling experience

We sent five boxes to Portugal. One arrived to the address, four boxes didn't .
First we were told there were attempts to deliver and nobody was at home, we mentioned we had CCTV and there was no evidence of that. Afterwards we were told the address was wrong, we mentioned the address as a copy-past of the address of the box that was delivered. Finally they told the boxes were returned to us. This never happened. Evri blamed the local company Correos, stating we should contact them, correos blamed the local courier, stating we should contact them, bit they couldn't give the contacts. We spent a lot of money calling Evri and Correos, they were completely unresponsive.
Finally we received reimbursement only for the transport costs, and we were never told what happened to our four boxes.
They treated us appallingly!!!! There is no transparency, no due process.
We will never use Evri and are telling our friends and family what happened to us.

Nothing arrives

Evri is largely reliable to UK postage so I have tried their international services. Both times I have used the service (sending to Thailand and to Canada), the item has got lost. For the price I paid and an allegedly tracked service, this is extremely poor. I won’t use Evri International again.

Evri you are a disgrace

I'm giving 1 star as I'm not able to give zero. My husband and I purchased a personalised teapot as a wedding gift for our niece in the USA. The item was sent to us from the manufacturer using Royal Mail. We checked it when it arrived, we then added loads and loads of bubble wrap to ensure it's safety. Evri would not insure the item for it's journey to the USA as it was ceramic but were happy to transport it and take our money. Our extremely upset niece contacted us yesterday to let us know that our parcel had arrived but not only was the item broken it was smashed to smithereens. Clearly marking a box fragile makes no difference, the parcel has obviously been manhandled and thrown about. I may as well have taken £60 and set fire to it. Evri you are a disgrace, perhaps you should ask Royal Mail to give you some training!!

Awful company..

Awful company... I sent parcels to Czech republic with UPS and Evry. No problems with UPS, delivered on time and no taxes.
With EVRY there was no email that my parcels arrived in the country and have to be paid taxes. And taxes are crazy high, more that I've paid for the delivery service...

Avoid this so called "service" like the plague.

Avoid this service - simple as that.

I am an international client, and have been just staring at unmoving tracking for days, now. According to what the seller paid - the parcel should have gotten to me in 10 days. It's been over 2 weeks, and the parcel hasn't even left the UK yet. Customer service is nonexistent - just an incompetent AI.

If you're sending a parcel from the UK to someone in the world - a carrier pigeon may be a more reliable and speedy option.

Happy with EVRI International parcel delivery…

EVRI International parcel delivery service
My item bound for France was posted on 8th March 2025 and it arrived safely on 21st March. Two weeks is longer than I had hoped for but the cost was significantly less than Royal Mail which has taken a similar time to deliver parcels to France (and has lost without trace or compensation well packaged and addressed items for the UK :o()
Would use EVRI International again. Item was sent via my local post office

Stolen parcel

Hi, as it seems Evri doesn't take responsibility for the doings of delivery guys. Evri are also lying that you were investigating about the stolen oarcelbecause you never told me what you found out... obviously you don't care and you didn't do an investigation.

The way that your delivery guys can steal packages and get away with it is extremely disappointing. Your "system" allows it -1) you don't bear any responsibility; 2) there is no way to actually have a conversation with anyone because your support does general automated responses only.

Your extremely poor service must discontinue.

Shame on Evri… AND The Post Office

The Post Office is now pushing customers to use Evri !!! Like making Dracula a Non Exec Director of the Blood Transfusion Service !! PS - just sort out the Horizon scandal, eh ?! I don’t think that all of us complaining online is remotely enough. So:
- write to your MP
- tell your story to the media
- don’t rest until Evri is finished. THE WORST remedial/ enquiry service imaginable. Designed to avoid communicating with the customer. An oxymoron. My story?
- I have successfully sent parcels to my family in New Zealand for 12 years For the past 8 years this includes our grandkids. Royal Mail/ ParcelForce have not once let us down. Average 6 parcels/year. So I’m no novice.
- I always pay a higher price for Tracking and when the item arrives in NZ I can then track it on the New Zealand Post website. The NZ family live 30 minutes from Auckland airport.
- On 3/2/25 I posted a carefully packaged box including birthday gifts for granddaughter and son in law. I was - with quite a bit of opposition from me- persuaded to use Evri Internstional. Contents value £127; postage with tracking £68; post office box £5: total £200.
- The package seemed to be in London for ages but on 14/2/25 tracking said “ arrived in country”. I saw it. Our NZ daughter saw it.
- it hasn’t been delivered; we’ve missed the birthday dates; it disappeared from the Evri tracking on 16/2/25.
- I have wasted literally 5 hours this far in simply dealing with a moronic AI system.
I was promised a phone call today. Didn’t get one.
Evri … and Post Office. SHAME ON YOU BOTH. ENOUGH!!!!!! Your customer base starts really campaigning FROM TODAY!
( Will I get a response on here from Evri? Hmmm….,,,,take a guess)

What the hell is going on?

Photo of delivery. He actually kept it in his hands. My CCTV camera showed him walking back with the goods still on his hand. That day a few others experienced the same plus the humpty used the same photo on another delivery proof. Did a search on this company and this is the norm.
