Arrived on time, great product, it is very small though
As others have written, the dressing gown is very small. My son has always been the smallest in his class, so I thought I would take a punt as other reviews said product was small. In reality it is too small for a 10 yr old. Its either this size or one size for adult, which would have been far too big.. Oh well, he loves it, but wont be able to squeeze in to it for long.

Received wrong item. Didn't seem bothered when I rang. Said I would keep it but when I tried to reorder on web site it wouldn't accept PayPal. So didn't bother in the end.

Excellent customer service
I phoned up and got through to a real person. My parcel hadn't arrived and he was very helpful. even offering me a 50% refund if it didn't arrive before a surprise birthday party. It didn't arrive but I found out I'd put the wrong number on the address. My fault entirely. And no I didn't ask for the refund. I've used them before and would definitely use them again.
