My little girl was so excited to open the parcel and see this bottle. She hasn't stopped using it. So easy for her to open and truly doesn't leak unlike all the other bottles, flasks, cups that live in the cupboard. Am ordering another one. Thank you.

The products on this site were a lot cheaper than other websites with similar brands e.g. notonthehighstreet. However, when the products arrived some were a little damaged/scratched and they were not packed very well which resulted in the outer packaging of some of the items becoming dinted or damaged. Wouldn't recommend if buying as a present because due to the damage it looked like the items were used/second hand. If buying for yourself you can get some good bargains!! Also, the order and returns information was not contained inside the packaging like a normal web order.

I haven't received my item that I bought and paid for on the 16th June 2014, you say you posted out on 17th June with 1st class post. WHERE IS MY ITEM THEN???? You are a scam.

I purchased two items from internet gift store for a close friend's wedding present with next day delivery.
The first product came the following day with no problems however I received a call from the store to explain that the photograph frame I had chosen could be personalised. I told the man exactly what I wanted it to say and he said it would take a few more days due to being engraved.
The product arrived 3 days after purchasing however had not been engraved as I had asked. Unfortunately it was too late for me to purchase anything else so I wrote a complaint to them. This was dealt with on the Monday and I received a full refund for the item. Very disappointed though as I did not get the product I had spent a long time choosing for my friend. However it was dealt with promptly. I would not use them again as I would not want to risk this happening again.

Having had to telephone for help with ordering, as a medical condition often prevents me from working on-line, etc, I could not have wished for a more helpful, friendly, patient and considerate salesperson than LAURENCE. He helped me through everything so admirably, plus went out of his way to ensure my three gift items would be delivered in time for the particular occasions (as I had left it bit late owing to difficulties with trying to order on-line during previous days), I was overjoyed to receive the parcels so promptly and telephoned him with a personal Thank you!

This was the first time I had used this company but I would definitely use them again and based on this experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

It's my best friends birthday coming up. And I just brought a super cute little plate with writing on. I asked the seller if I ordered another could I get it gift wrapped. I was replied to straight away. And they arrived a couple of days later!

And as promised the absolute babes wrapped one all tight with a bow. And mine was nicely bubble wrapped.

I am really pleased with what I got and they gave amazing speedy service :)
