First time using the helpdesk for a query after going live with the system last month and I have to say I received fantastic support. The responses were very quick, detailed, easy to understand and resolved the query quickly.

Inventory Planner has been a useful addition to our operations. It helps with forecasting demand, reducing overstock, and avoiding stockouts. The interface is easy to use and saves time, with clear visibility of key metrics to support decision-making. We’ve been using Inventory Planner for almost a year now and it’s made a big difference for us. We’ve been using it for about 3 months so far and by far at the moment I save roughly 3-4 hours every minhh th not having to manually calculate stock and sales and seasonal changes. Inventory Planner, synced with Linnworks, has made a big difference to how we manage purchasing and stock. Planning and creating purchase orders is now much easier and far more organised.

The forecasting is clear, reliable, and simple to update when needed. Stock-outs are minimal, stock holding is at a healthy level, and we no longer experience the overstocks we had in previous years before using the platform.

We use Inventory Planner synced with Brightpearl to manage replenishment, purchase orders, overstock reporting and stock transfers between our internal warehouses — and it handles it all seamlessly. We also have a small manufacturing side to our business, and the assembly function makes that so much easier to manage. A great tool that saves us significant time and takes the guesswork out of keeping our inventory in the right place at the right time.

Our business has a unique use case for the software, so we cannot use the functionalities to the fullest, that said, the implantation and support teams have been great in helping us create useful work arounds.

The PO creation tool is a great value and make the process much similar. There is are also number of custom fields that can be added.

Features can be requested, but it seems that the are slow to be implemented (if at all).

If you are looking for a tool to serve as your source of truth and help manage inventory, this is the tool for you.

We have been using Inventory Planner for the past 3 years. It is a really good toolk and has helped us a lot to maintain appropriate stock levels. It does sometimes throw up some odd suggestions which we have to manually weed out but all in all it has helped us massively.

We've used IP for many years now, it's been the main reporting tool in our business, it's helped us maintain visibility over stock value and combined sales across multiple channels in ways other platforms do not. We utilise the platform on a daily basis to run performance reports, issue supplier PO's, track inventory as well as many other important functions. I would highly recommend this platform!

Helps us to grow as a business @ Mr Windows, allowing us to easily forecast purchasing to keep up with our growth - integrates super easily with shopify, so when receiving in stock quantities it changes live in the store. Very easy to use in comparison to our previous system. The team is easy to contact for support and it is not a forgotten system, it is constantly evolving and improving which as a growing business helps us to be a better business..

We recently hit a major snag: 32 faulty purchase orders were ghosting our system, showing over 63,000 "On Order" units that didn't exist. With the Chinese New Year factory shutdowns looming, the pressure to get an urgent order out was massive, and honestly, it was a pretty stressful situation.

Karen was a total lifesaver. She handled everything with so much patience and clarity. When the first resync didn’t quite do the trick, she didn’t just give me a canned response—she actually listened, realized it was a deeper API issue, and got the Engineering team involved immediately.

The engineers ended up manually clearing the phantom stock, and what really impressed me was the follow-through. Karen kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure it was actually fixed, not just patched over. It’s rare to find support that takes this much ownership. Huge thanks to Karen and the devs for saving our CNY order! I can’t recommend Inventory Planner enough, especially for how they show up when things get complicated.
