Website is easy to navigate great products nice styles for everyone shipping takes me 5 to 7 days but that's perfectly fine being that I live in California and it's ships from Florida definitely will be purchasing more items

They refused to cancel an order

I placed an order online but changed my mind because I found it even cheaper on Amazon. So I called Invicta first thing in the morning, before they shipped, and asked for cancellation. They said no, that was against their policy, although they said I could send it back at my expense (because my order was under $ 99). You know what is against MY policy? Buying anything else from these people.

Never again

would be a regular customer for several years. I bought several hundred watches. There were problems, but somehow they were solved. the price justified the problems. But since May, it's been a scam - they take the money, they don't give it back, they don't respond to emails, they don't send orders. In May alone, I ordered 9 different models and have not received any so far.
it's horrible. I do not recommend contacting them now.

THE WORST SHIPPING EXPERIENCE EVER

I ordered 3 watches from the store and my dumb self went ahead and paid extra for next day shipping. It's been 1 month now and I am still to receive my items.

I called them and they told me straight up they cant cancel the order since it's been already received at the warehouse. Mind you, it's been a MONTH.

I love the watches, they are what they are but the delivery and customer service is the worst thing legally allowed to exist on the internet.

This place sucks it's slow and the customer service lies to you consistently. We placed a order in May and still haven't received it.. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering anything from this place it's horrible and they don't have any communication skills.. invicta sucks.. extra bad review

Very disappointed with Invicta

Very disappointed with Invicta. I have orders that were placed over a month ago and they still haven't been shipped. The worst part is the lack of clear communication regarding these delays. Customers deserve honest and accurate shipping estimates. At this point, I would not recommend buying from Invicta if you expect to receive your order within a reasonable timeframe.

I went from only buying invicta

I went from only buying invicta I have over 50, I've had over a 100 during my time. But now, lately, this company is the worst company to deal with.Don't buy from them.Don't waste your money.They don't care about their customers and the people that work there are incompetent

I paced order 4 weeks back

I paced order 4 weeks back . No shipment for 4 weeks . Upon calling them they refused to cancel order . Finally I needed to ask my credit card issuer to reverse transaction and then Invicta cancelled order . Shipping should be within reasonable time,

Product is amazing and options are also phenomenal. Unfortunately, there’s no information on wait times or how long it takes to process or receive the product until it’s in transition. Some of my items I received within 2 to 3 weeks others took almost 2 months.

🤦🏻😡😤 Invicta is bad

Dear Invicta Customer Service,

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my order, which has taken an unreasonably long time to arrive. This is my first time purchasing from Invicta, and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing.

At this point, I have received little to no information about the status of my order, and I am becoming increasingly concerned. I would appreciate a clear explanation of what is happening with my shipment and when I can realistically expect to receive it.

Additionally, I have attempted to contact your customer service department by phone several times without success. The phone system makes it extremely difficult to reach a representative, leaving customers without answers or support.

If my order cannot be delivered promptly, I would prefer to receive a full refund rather than continue waiting without any certainty. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect timely communication and reliable service.

Please provide an update on my order as soon as possible. I look forward to your response and a satisfactory resolution.

Their customer service is terrible

Their customer service is terrible. I ordered two watches and they can’t even process the order in a reasonable amount of time. You can’t talk to anyone and when you do they don’t have any information on when they will even be processed. If you’re in any type of hurry don’t order from them.

Buyer Beware

I have been trying to get in touch with Invicta Stores for weeks. They have NEVER responded to their support email address and their phone line says "Orders are taking longer than expected" in REPEAT when you call. They never answer but you can listen to that for 1/2 or more. They are fast as hell taking your money but will never ship the item or respond. Now I have to fight the credit care to reverse the charges BECAUSE of the AMOUNT OF TIME since purchase. I'm disgusted with this company. I'd rather deal with a business that respects their customer. Maybe a class action lawsuit against them will fix it?

Not sure if this company got new owners…

Not sure if this company got new owners or what, but man has the shipping and customer service gone downhill. I used to order watches and get them within the next week. My last 2 orders, one placed dec 27th with multiple email inquiries, did not get responded to until FEBURARY 5th. This current one, placed May 18th, is still "in process" and its june 5th. I like the watches, but this shipping and customer service is ATROCIOUS. But feel free to order a watch now if you want it in time for Christmas.
