Pleased with my purchase
The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a good range of styles to choose from. The ones I chose are comfortable and I'm very pleased with them. The time taken for them to be ready once ordered was as advised at the time of ordering.

Bruntsfield shop manager Jo, very helpful and spent time discussing if frames suited.
The only criticism I would have is no eye test available in store, this may cause a problem getting a prescription from a rival optician.

We appreciate your feedback about eye tests. As an eye-wear retailer, we don’t currently offer eye examinations, but you’re always welcome to bring in a prescription from any optician and we’ll be happy to help you choose the perfect frames.

Refreshing
Iolla always are attentive when I go into the store and not overwhelmingly so. I had freedom to browse and try on glasses without being aggressively sold any products. This is my second pair and the experience from browsing to collecting was great. The staff are always so friendly and helpful.

Great experience
The experience within the shop, and then with the customer service line when I needed a delivery re-directed were both personable and professional. The value of the product is brilliant, and I am pleased they are a UK based company.

Relaxed In-Store Experience
The experience in store was relaxed and casual which I really appreciate and prefer. I was able to try on multiple frames until I found the best fit for me, and then the assistant was very helpful in further guidance and customising measures. Will definitely buy from them again.

Amazing selection of glasses and incredible customer service!
Always love the selection and shopping experience at iolla - I used to get my glasses from Specsavers but discovered the quality of the glasses, customer service and frame choice at iolla are far better - I was converted a few years ago and I haven't looked back!! Jodie at the St James store is absolutely wonderful, its always a joy to see her and she's helped me out so many times now!

Iolla is fast and efficient. I wanted new lenses put in old Iolla frames and this was no problem. They were posted out within one week
