Love their selection
I’ve used this company (Edinburgh shop) now several times and the customer service is great. Great choice of frames to select from and at very reasonable prices.

Excellent service
Easy to order, I was worried when i didn't receive confirmation but I used WhatsApp to contact and received a prompt helpful reply and glasses arrived really quickly and as promised. Excellent service and all from the comfort of my own home.

Lovely shop in Cambridge
Lovely shop in Cambridge, with very helpful and attentive staff. The product range is very striking and colourful and there is something there to suit everyone, especially if you want to stand out from the crowd. I was kept informed all along the buying and delivery process and have no qualms about giving Iolla a very well deserved 5 stars.

First and foremost great glasses
First and foremost great glasses: stylish designs, and really high quality lenses-without question the best I've bought, and a price point that competes with any high Street brand. But what brings me back is the integrity of the company from the way environmental concerns are brought into the manufacturing process, to the way staff are valued and work with customers. (I've had more frank advice and laughs in the Glasgow and Manchester shops than anywhere else I buy stuff. )

Amazing service got the glasses before they were expected and this was also wit a call to double check the prescription.

Staff were very helpful and efficient in the Edinburgh store. Frames are perfect so far! Good to see the new range has more options for smaller fits. Would love to see even more colour options across the range but very pleased with my purchase and experience.
