Although ipaymy provides a simple and automated way to ensure all your recurring expenses are paid on time, many of the users find added value by using the platform over an extended period of time to passively accrue credit card points in miles - which may result in earning enough points to redeem towards a business class flight for up to 70% less than the retail price.

Feels cheated to have made payment via…

Feels cheated to have made payment via ipaymy in hopes of accruing miles only to be informed there is a "system glitch" and code used was identified by Citibank to be for Real Estate Agents and Managers Rentals. As such, no miles were accrued on Citibank card. Lost over 900 miles which could have been accrued via CardUp or other services. Wrote in to ipaymy and they were unable to offer anything except an apology for the "glitch" and believe it or not, a promo code to TRY AGAIN for the next payment.

Will most likely never use ipaymy again. Miles lost, unsavoury experience, nothing like what is promised on its website.

Is great to have a live real person to…

Is great to have a live real person to guide us and not expect us to read all from articles or terms and conditions as everyone experiences different problem and scenario. However, we are blessed to have Vanessa, who possess her professionalism and patience in guiding and assisting us throughout the application (we applied before under diff names). Payment processing was fast and straight forward but quite alot of reports/documents to be printed for every successful transaction from the start till the end of payment received.

Ipaymy service have been responsive, prompt and professional.
Platform though need some work. Citipayall platform is a lot better, though Ipaymy has its merits too.

Responsive Team!

My enquiries on my payments gets responded within hours, sometimes 15-30 mins while Cardup personnel replies with canned responses and goes MIA for weeks even after multiple chasers.

Have switched my annual recurring payments of 150k to ipaymy from cardup!
