Lack of transparency and really…

Lack of transparency and really disappointing customer approach

I wrote in with an enquiry and was suddenly informed out of the blue that the fee rate I have been applying will end in 2 months time, with an increase in payable amount required.

A completely disappointing, ridiculous and non transparent way of managing a customer.

If I had not written in, I would not even had known that the suddenly introduced expiry date was upcoming.

I will be ceasing my use of the ipaymy platform at expiry.

A very useful gateway to make…

A very useful gateway to make insurance, etc misc payments other would not be able to using credit cards.

Would be better if ipaymy service charge is lower as bank credit card benefits are lesser/lower, so the benefit margin is not as much.

Limited Car Loan Payment Option

I wish I can make car loan payments to Maybank. Due to this very limitation, my car loan payments are made through CardUp.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service. They are always contactable and seems like they work in a lean team, so there are the frequent few who always supports you when there are issues. Platform works great too, I just wished transfers would have a shorter lead time.

Good, but room for improvement

Shorter lead time between set-up date and payment date than a competitor.
Reasonable fees, especially when there is a promotion.
Would be helpful to pre-load the bank details for common or popular payees, like their competitor.
Need to submit invoice for all payment transactions tedious, especially for corporate payees.
