Extremely Disappointing Service

I had a horrible experience with this repair service. I went in simply to replace my phone screen, but after the repair my phone kept turning off and on by itself without me touching anything. The device was completely fine before, and the issue started only after the screen was changed.

I emailed the technician about the problem, but received no response at all. Instead of fixing my phone, the repair left it unusable and I eventually had to buy a new device.

I strongly recommend never giving your phone to this person for repairs. The service was unprofessional, careless, and completely unhelpful.

Customer was offered to return on numerous occasions to rectify any issues but never did, just demanded a refund. It was purely just an attempt just to get their money back.

A great job and reasonably priced

Great communication from Simon throughout. A really amiable guy - who knows his stuff. We have always worried about leaving devices with certain tech repairers. However, Simon is knowledgeable, honest, prompt and very reasonably priced. He did a seamless repair of a cracked screen on an iPad and we were very pleased with result. Back with us within the hour and very easy to drop off and collect Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Great service

Great service. 15 minutes after dropping my phone off, my smashed screen had been replaced and my phone was as good as new! Would definitely recommend! Thanks
