My experience with iTrustCapital has been positive. It is great in these times to call and actually talk to a real person and that person is both knowledgeable and capable to answer your questions.
In the onboarding with KYC, I did experience what I thought was a hiccup. I contacted iTrustCapital and spoke to Francisco, who stated he would look into my situation and call me back. Later that day, I got an email stating my account was ready for use and no more than 30 seconds later Francisco called to advise me of the email. I honestly didn't expect a call back.
First impressions go a long way and iTrustCapital gave me a very positive opinion to start and I look forward to growing my portfolio with them.
