Received the first pram within A few days of ordering. After a month my bar across the pram broke, I contacted the company and they got straight in touch with my babiee, who were extremely helpful! They sourced a brand new pram free of charge and was delivered by next day delivery. I couldn’t fault the company or manufacturers for their support and help in sorting out my pram. 100% recommended itty bitty and especially Katie, she was so helpful and went above and beyond with keeping me up to date with messages and information from my babiee. Thank you again amazign customer service.

Ordered a travel system and matching bag which both came after only 2 days! It’s amazing, I am extremely pleased with it, it’s so beautiful and comfortable. Also had to return a maternity bag i got earlier as it wouldn’t suit the new pram and customer service was amazing! Processed refund and when it failed, I wrote to them and they dealt with it very quickly, wonderful customer service.

Amazing service from the customer service team when an issue arose with a pair of sandals that I purchased. Someone got back to me straight away and a new pair of sandals arrived the next day (much earlier than I ever expected). The sandals I bought were lovely and just as described on the website.
