This is a great app that I purchased some time ago. Works as described most of the time. The odd time there's an issue, I contact customer service and receive a prompt response. So far, after following instructions, all problems have been resolved to my complete satisfaction.

Customer service that doesn't make you sick is rare these days, but these guys know what it's all about. Great people to do business with.

I recently purchased a new computer and migrated all my software over to it. The Itubego software would not activate so I contacted support.
Sharon from technical support responded quickly and I was able to activate the software.

I purchased a lifetime license for one pc. After activating it a few time always on the same machine now i receive an activation error. " Exceeded number of maximum activation" Contacted support and surprise nobody answers my emails any more.
Pay attention when purchasing you might be in for a surprise of not being able to use the license you paid for after a few activation's.

Oh, look! A reply. It only took posting a 1-star review to get the support I was trying to get through private emails for ages.

They did reset the code, thanks. But my original warning stands for anyone else reading: be aware that their "lifetime license" for one PC can still lock you out after a few activation's on the exact same machine.

And "customer support" apparently means "public relations team."

Update:

Last I checked, no time zone on Earth is 5 days long. I emailed you on Oct 5th and again on Oct 8th. You only replied on Oct 10th after this review went live.
