Quickly resolved mistake
Made a mistake with my juice order, I emailed customer service who amended it, issued a refund and still got my order the next day. Excellent service.

Prompt service
Prompt service, reasonable prices, would have given 5 stars, however even though I requested to be delivered to my home address, I had to collect it from a shop, this has happened twice now. Having it being delivered to my home would have been more convenient to me.

FAULTY + POOR DESIGN - XL 35 apple device and x2…
I bought the XL 35 apple device and x2 blue raspberry ice refills. With following the instructions on getting it setup, the tank constantly leaks!
I thought I may have done it wrong so I opened another packet. Same thing, non-stop leaking and its gone all over my car!!!
While the design looks good, it doesn’t work and now wasted £30!! Avoid this model at all costs!!!

Nightmare
Ordering was easy. Same can't be said about actually getting the item. Delivered to the wromg address, I know its not the company's fault it's the delivery company fault, but trying to get the item replaced or refunded is a total nightmare. Left hanging for days not knowing what is going on. It took that long I ran out of oils and had to go to a different company as I can't trust IVG.

IVG is an excellent exceptional company
I love the IVG vapes. They often have new ones and there’s always some on sale. There’s a good selection of flavours.
It’s really easy to log in, easy to navigate around the website to select what vapes or refills I want and the payment process is quick, easy and safe. I always have to confirm the payment on my online banking account before it goes through. The delivery service is fast and the driver always brings my package upstairs for me and hands it to me. This company is fantastic and their customer service team are fantastic. The shiny silver mail bags are great and can be recycled and used again. I wouldn’t buy my vapes from anywhere else. An exceptional company. Thank you IVG. I haven’t smoked tobacco or cigarettes for over 5 years. Vaping has really worked for me, I was a heavy smoker and IVG vapes have helped me stay stopped. I feel so much better vaping and love the selection of IVG products.
