negative experience with IVIBET - void regulary paid out bets
I had a very negative experience with Ivibet. After playing for some time, the bookmaker suddenly voided a large number of my bets retroactively, even though they had already been accepted, settled and paid out as winning. My balance went from around €2000 down to €700 overnight.
To make things worse, my withdrawal request has been stuck in pending for several days, even though my account was fully verified (KYC approved). Support only gives vague answers like “wrong odds”, without explaining why bets that were already settled were cancelled afterwards.
This practice is completely unfair and unprofessional. I have screenshots proving all of this, and I will share them if needed.
I strongly advise others to be very careful with this bookmaker.

I requested a 4-month self-exclusion due to gambling issues. I Said i lost to much please Break my Account for 4 months. Instead of respecting that, Ivibet offered me a free bet. As a result, I lost over CHF 1190 in the following days. I submitted a formal complaint – no reply. I’ve reported the case to Curaçao eGaming and AskGamblers. This platform is irresponsible and dangerous for vulnerable users. Avoid it.

I was a loyal player on Ivibet for a long time, but when my bank card was compromised a few days ago and unauthorized withdrawals were made by ivibet, I immediately submitted a ticket and they investigated the problem. Despite multiple pieces of evidence and a letter from my bank, ivibet claims their innocence and I have no other choice but to take legal action. With the advice of my lawyer, I found out that ivibet is not even allowed to offer their site in Austria. Therefore, I appeal to every player out there: if you have ever been to ivibet, please contact your lawyer immediately.

On February 22, 2025, I placed a bet on the Hadjuk Split game, betting on the home team with a -1 handicap. The bet was accepted, the game started, and everything was fine under pending bets. Thirty minutes into the game, the score was 3-0 for the home team, on which I had placed my bet, and at that moment, IviBet canceled my bet. The match ended 4-0, and they did not pay out my winnings.
I do not recommend this bookmaker because they are not fair. They canceled the live bet without any apparent reason and did not pay out the winnings.
