Horrible customer services

I ordered a bra from them. The sizing of the bra was completely off. The bra was supposed to be a 34G but was running super large. I ordered this through ASOS but had to make the return directly to ivory rose, I made the return then got notified that the return was delivered, but after waiting 10 business days, I didn’t get a refund. I contacted Ivory Rose and did not receive a response months passed still no refund. I eventually got a refund from ASOS by contacting them, but it’s very disappointing to see that this brand lacks good customer service

No refund

Have not received my refund it has been months. I have emailed and submitted tickets but 0 communication. It's a shame as their products are good, will not be shopping here again.

Really APPALLING customer service

Really APPALLING customer service. I returned two items ordered through ASOS and never received my automated refund through Klarna.
I went on to contact ivory rose on roughly 12 occasions, using all available communication channels. I was continuously ignored.
I’ve tried to have my complaint logged though them to urge them to cease working with them, but that wasn’t able to happen. Avoid at all costs.

Really poor quality and struggling to return and refund

I ordered the Abby dress from Ivory Rose Boutique London and was really disappointed with both the quality and sizing. The material felt cheap and didn’t match what was advertised on the website, and the fit was not accurate to the sizing guide.
I contacted customer service to request a return and refund, but they have not been helpful and are refusing to resolve the issue. This has been very frustrating as I followed their process.
I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

This company is a scammer

This company is a scammer. They sent me my order worth £150 without a return label. They ignored my 5 emails at attempting to return the order as their online return form also didn't work. I contacted ASOS on 5 different occasions the form wouldn't work for them and they tried to email this brand on 4 different occasions. THIS BRAND IS IGNORING ALL FORMS OF CONTACT. I am physically unable to return my items and get my money back. Reading other reviews other people are also getting scammed. I have had to threaten ASOS to take this to citizens advice for them to accept me to return the order to their warehouse so they can send it on to the brand I can get my money back. I have spent 7 weeks trying to get this sorted, have spent 10 hours on chat to ASOS who have been useless. Klarna were great at supporting me to report this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Their instragram says they have 4.7 on trust pilot which is a LIE and they have two different contact emails.

Ignoring enquiries

I bought items on asos and had to return directly to ivory rose. They received my parcel on 15th January and I’m yet to get a refund. I’ve sent 2 enquiry forms, an email and an Instagram message, all of which have been ignored. Terrible customer service. Will be going to trading standards.

No communication

Placed an order on 8/2/2026 and it still hasn’t been shipped. I have contacted them multiple times about this and have had no response. I am having to go through my bank for a refund which is a hassle.

I placed two ordered last year, one directly via them in April 2025 and the other via ASOS in September 2025. Both had no issues (and I had good and quick communication with them directly in April regarding an incorrect item in my order).

It is a shame as their products are good.

Item purchased via ASOS & supplied by Ivory Rose. Delivered on 12th Jan & returned 15th Jan. All tracking info supplied & it’s been confirmed as delivered on 16th Jan by DPD. It’s now 3rd March & no refund has been processed, numerous requests for payment, no item & no reply to any email that’s been sent. Items run small & aren't true bra sizing so returns are inevitable but the process is absolutely shocking. Not recommended.

Do not order from Ivory Rose

Do not order from Ivory Rose – returned item, no refund, no response. Absolutely awful.

I ordered an item via ASOS on the 30th November from Ivory Rose and had to return it directly to the retailer, as required. The item was returned on 10 December and DPD confirmed delivery back to their warehouse shortly after. I have proof of return and delivery.

Despite this, I have received no refund and no response to multiple emails chasing the return. I have now had to raise a formal dispute with Clearpay because I am being asked to pay for an item I no longer have.

After researching this company, it is clear that many customers are experiencing the exact same issue, confirmed returns, no refunds, and complete silence from customer service.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from Ivory Rose unless you are 100% certain you will keep the item. Returning goods and obtaining a refund appears to be extremely problematic.

Avoid - they’re scammers!


Bought around £60 worth of their products through ASOS and returned it all the correct way through this company since it didn’t fit me. They’ve been radio-silent since I’ve followed up with them, so I’m going to have to spend time asking ASOS customer care for a refund

Don’t purchase from this company

If I could give no stars, I would. I purchased a bra from this company through ASOS but had to return it as it didn’t fit. I returned directly to them as instructed by ASOS. No refund came, so I contacted them through their portal but never received a response. Tried phoning but was cut off. Upon reading a recent helpful trust pilot review from AR I contacted ASOS. They were brilliant and are refunding the cost of the item themselves. Thankfully I kept all the paperwork for the return.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ordered two items in September via ASOS and sent them back to Ivory Rose because they did not fit.

I received confirmation from DPD that my items had reached Ivory Rose, but never received confirmation that Ivory Rose had seen or processed my items.

I sent several follow up emails and even reached out on Instagram! They never acknowledged or responded to my query and almost two months later, I had to reach out to ASOS for my refund! I’m sure they’re aware of Ivory Rose’s problems as they refunded me straightaway (thank you ASOS).

I will avoid this company because there is absolutely no transparency or trust regarding refunds and advise everyone else to do the same. This is people’s hard earned money that they’re keeping.
