This was the trip of a lifetime. We felt we had our own private, intimate, exclusive access vacation to amazing places with jaw-dropping animal sightings. Guides and lodge staff are so knowledgeable and genuinely friendly! The informal luxury with immaculate "tents", fine food, and lodges created a true get-away from daily life. Thank you Jacada!

Fantastic managers and staff at lodges: Heaven at Kulala, Sannie and "Pinkie" at Doro Nawas, Lizelle and Michael at Skeleton Coast, Orlando at Ongava Encounter. And many others, of course!

Finally the handwritten welcome notes from Bee (Babalwa Sogobile) we found at each lodge were very special and made it a wonderful anniversary vacation for us. Thanks Bee!

Our travel advisor, Charlie Morris, listened to what types of interests and kinds of experiences we were interested in. She spent a good deal of time to ensure that the final itinerary was what we had in mind. As well, our concierge Rahma ensured that our dinner and activity reservations were as requested, and, being flexible with the timing of our activities.

Our 19-day trip through Singapore and Thailand was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had, and Jacada was the reason why.

Their expert travel advisors balanced their suggestions with everything we really cared about seeing. They somehow managed to fit it all into an itinerary that never felt rushed. Every transfer, tour, and hotel was perfectly planned, with realistic travel times built in so we could actually enjoy each destination instead of constantly feeling like we were racing from place to place.

There was always a driver waiting for us exactly when expected. The vehicles were spacious, comfortable, and were pumping with air conditioning. We were constantly given cold bottled water whenever we got back into the car.

One of the biggest benefits was the quality of the local guides Jacada selected. Rather than assigning someone for a few hours, many of our guides stayed with us over multiple days, allowing us to build relationships with them and gain a much deeper understanding of the places we visited. Every guide was knowledgeable, personable, and clearly passionate about sharing their knowledge and providing the best experience. They also took a ton of amazing photos for us.

Planning a nearly three-week itinerary across multiple countries could have been overwhelming, but Jacada made the entire experience effortless. We never had to worry about transportation, timing, or logistics. We were free to simply enjoy the journey.

everything was planned out so well to make the best use of our time. All the drivers and guides were there early so never any stress. guides and drivers were great. Recommendations for restaurants were also great. there Wass no problem when I wanted to change little things in the itinerary. Overall second trip with Jacada and will definitely use them again for our next trip.

A perfect experience! My experience with Jacada was a pleasure from start to finish. We had an amazing vacation in Ecuador - one week on the mainland and one week in the Galapagos- arranged by Jacada. Travel Designer Em Jennison worked with us to develop an itinerary that fit our available time and included the places and activities which were most important to us. Concierge Carlos Machado polished the itinerary with added activities and provided detailed answers to our questions. We appreciated the luxurious accommodations, expert guides and drivers, and seamless logistics. This was our second Latin American trip with Jacada Travel and we highly recommend them!

Leanne and Gita at Jacada Travel planned what was, without question, one of the greatest trips my son and I have ever taken. They exceeded every expectation I had of what a travel agency could do.

From the moment we landed until we returned home, everything was flawlessly coordinated. Cultural and historical context of these countries were tied in beautifully with exquisite cuisine, beautiful scenery, and incredible wildlife experiences.
