It was a truly bespoke experience that was unique and personalized to us and our interests. We can't wait to work with them again for our next trip!

Jacada has outdone themsleves again - we gad an absolutely amazing adventure to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. The personalized, private experiences were FANTASTIC - the monk blessing, lunch in the floating village, the cookout in the mountains, the temple tours, the private dinner at the Ambassadors residence! Our guides were so knowledgeable and friendly. And every hotel was better than the last.
Truly once in a lifetime experience!

Demi and Flavia take all your concerns about travel and make them go away

Jacada prepared a private tour of one week in Australia and two weeks in New Zealand in May 2026. Jacada booked our accommodation in 5 * lodges and hotels, and we had asked for drivers to get us around rather than driving ourselves. The experience was magical - all the arrangements worked perfectly and Jacada and their agents provided us with excellent support and service. The accommodations were wonderful, well chosen, and in great locations - (Capella Hotel in Sydney, Silky Oaks in Queensland, Britomart on Auckland, Huka Lodge near Lake Taupo, NZ North island, Roki Collection in Queenstown NZ, Lakestone Lodge in the NZ Alps, and Otahuna Lodge in Christchurch). Expert guides provided us with engaging accounts of the various locations we had chosen (Blue Mountains to the West of Sydney, Daintree Rainforest and Great Barrier Reef in Queensland, Lake Taupo, Southern Alps and Milford Sound, the Southern Alps and Christchurch in New Zealand. For a comfortable and stress free tour of great locations in wonderful accommodations then we could not have asked for more!

UPDATE - Jacada reached out to me in response to my original review. They were very understanding of my frustration, and explained that this was a highly unusual situation due to a representative being overwhelmed and failing to request workload assistance (which would have been provided had they asked). The rating has been updated to reflect my appreciation that they reached out and explained the situation. I will further update if we have an opportunity to work with and/or book a trip with Jacada in the future.

Original Post: I spent at least a month working with/waiting on Jacada to finalize a bespoke Africa itinerary. I spoke with a representative who seemed helpful and eventually sent me a proposed itinerary, which looked good. I emailed back with a couple of questions and didn't hear back. After several follow-up emails to which I received no response, I contacted the general Jacada number just in case the representative was unavailable, explained the situation, and never received a response from the general line, either. I eventually gave up and went with another travel provider.

Every trip we’ve been on planned by Jacada, the most recent was our third trip planned by Jacada, has been a 5⭐️ experience. We could not ask for a better travel company than Jacada. Everything we wanted to experience or places we wanted to see was better than we could have imagined. Thanks to Jacada. They are our “go-to” travel company for all of our customizable trips!!

Everything was planned and executed exactly as we expected. The total travel experience was seamless and worry free! Lucy and Sandy were so wonderful to work with from the beginning right up to the end. All of our guides in each city were amazing at showing us all the things that we wanted to experience. A few were fun to be with and we were sorry to say goodbye!
We would definitely use this company again for any future more exotic vacations we take.

Jacada did a fantastic job of organizing this trip. From start to finish it was orchestrated perfectly. It was just what we wanted so we didn't have to stress about anything from start to finish. We also wanted a private experience and not have to deal with other peoples issues during our trip. It was fantastic.

We just returned from an incredible family trip for 12 people to Mexico City, Puebla, Merida, and Playa del Carmen, planned by Jacada and executed by their local partner Journey Mexico. The itinerary was everything we hoped for: a perfect mix of arts & crafts, different neighborhoods, ancient history, and modern society.

Huge thanks to Demi and Melanie at Jacada for their thoughtful planning and recommendations. They nailed the balance we wanted for our family. We also appreciate the special gestures they arrange to celebrate Mother’s Day and my parents’ wedding anniversary. Two standout experiences they arranged were our private Frida Kahlo house tour and the Puebla Talavera factory tour + workshop — both unforgettable.

Our tour director Ismael from Journey Mexico was a highlight of the entire trip. He set the tone on day one and throughout he was personable, knowledgeable, and brilliant at context-setting. He shared perspectives on modern Mexican life, supplemented local guides talks, and handled logistics flawlessly.

Yes, May was a little too hot, especially in Merida and Playa del Carmen. But the recommendations, planning, and especially the on-the-ground support from both Jacada and Journey Mexico were excellent. Thank you to Demi, Melanie, Ismael and Raquel for making this such a rich, educational, and memorable trip for our family.

We had an incredible experience planning and taking our trip to Peru, and we can’t say enough great things about the itinerary Demi created for us. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and it truly felt tailored to our interests.

Some of the biggest highlights of our journey were Lima, Tinajani, and Arequipa. Each destination offered something unique—Lima’s vibrant food scene and coastal beauty, the breathtaking, off-the-beaten-path landscapes of Tinajani, and the amazing food scene in Arequipa. The balance between culture, scenery, and relaxation was perfect.

Thanks to Demi’s expertise, everything flowed seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy each moment without stress. We felt well taken care of every step of the way.

My husband and I have been traveling for the last 22 years. We have just returned from a trip to Portugal and it was amazing! Our trip itinerary was organized with James and Rita and both spent many hours on the phone and by email adjusting every detail to make it a memorable experience. We have traveled throughout Europe, Africa and even to Argentina and Antarctica. Jacada has planned many of our travels and have never failed to make everything perfect…from the informative guides, beautiful hotels and incredible excursions. This was our first experience with Jacada and I couldn't be happier.
We wanted to do the trip of a lifetime going to Australia and New Zealand, and what a dream it was!
David designed the best itinerary for us, with so many incredible moments. The highlights were the day snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef, and the helicopter ride to the glaciers in Mt Cook.
Everything was so well thought out and organized, we had 0 problems. Even when our baggage was sent to the wrong city in one of our flights, the local team helped us get the baggage without us having to do anything, it was truly amazing.

God gave man his image and gave him to dominion over the Earth. However once one enters into Kruger, which is size of Israel the odds shift in favor of the incredible number of species that can inflict great bodily harm. You’re on their turf now. But at Camp George, you take it all in with luxurious and safe surroundings.

Each morning and evening, we set out to experience the vast stillness of this incredibly beautiful place.

We could not have booked this trip of a lifetime without the first class experience and accommodating nature of Jody van Merode and the Jacada team of experts. Vip treatment was nonstop. They invested their knowledge and made a sincere effort to successfully provide us with this trip.

Jacada planned an amazing trip for us to Nepal and Bhutan. The itinerary was personalized to our preferences, with some unexpected gems like a healing bows session in Kathmandu, Nepal, and an awesome bike ride in Thimphu, Bhutan. Tigers Nest hike in Paro, Bhutan was beautiful.

Rosie curated our trip to Morocco. During the planning we felt like she just "got us" when planning our excursions. From fun adventures like making tam tam drums to cooking classes, lunch with a Berber family - all of our experiences were so cool and well thought out. Everything was perfectly executed and the driver and guides were really top notch. Working with a company like Jacada and specialists like Rosie and Grace really makes a huge difference - they have the experience and local knowledge to provide travelers with amazing accommodations, unique experiences and amazing suggestions for dining experiences. We have already booked another trip with Jacada to Southeast Asia in early 2027.

Jacada has nailed it on all 3 of our trips they’ve planned! From the beautiful hotels they select, well thought out itineraries, professional and fun guides, and so much more we are always confident that they will put together a trip that is just what we are hoping for! The team is readily available and flexible whenever we’ve needed and truly listen to our input which makes for very memorable, and maybe most importantly, stress free traveling! The hotel Meg recommended was perfect. Its location in the Places des Voges was wonderful. Our private tour of Notre Dame with one of the master sculptors is something we will never forget.

Plan - they managed to get the spirit of what I was asking for and were flexible to make changes until the last minute
Execution - the crew on the ground was professional and well versed. The hotels recommended were great but they need to update their 'happening' restaurant list

David did an outstanding job curating our 8-day African adventure, which included game drives during our stay at Londolozi Camp and a spectacular helicopter flight over Victoria Falls. His advice and assistance prior to and throughout our visit was spot on. He made Jacada the best of a total of four tours of Africa with four different tour operators. All were good, but David put Jacada over the top. Highly recommended.

My husband had them plan our 25th anniversary trip to Scandinavia and BOY did it deliver. We have traveled extensively over our years together and this was easily one of our top trips of all times. Many of the excursions we did were private and we enjoyed how on each and every one we were taken care of to the fullest! Hotel accommodations were lovely, restaurants recommended were on point and they pay special attention to what your goals are with where you are traveling while also finding ways to educate you about the area. You also get a very detailed itinerary which makes it so easy to see what is coming up next. We will definitely use them again.
